Only thing open was the selfservice and the pro cashier that had 6 people in line.

Everyone is always very nice and helpful when I shop here. They normally have everything I need to finish or fix what I am working on. And if I get something in error, usually my fault, they are quick to help me return it and get what I need.

Kelly, at the self service checkout, was incredibly helpful with my registering for the veterans discount and applying for a credit card account. Friendly, attentive personal service is so refreshing.

Carlisle HD; your staff is great! So rare to have this warm treatment by ALL employees I saw today! I would drive here instead of my local stores because of the one on one attention.

Home Depot has obviously been doing extra training of their employees. EVERYONE that I passed in the store was overtly friendly and helpful, much more so than in the past.

Forget going to nearby Home Depot stores, Jerry and Eric in garden provide great customer service. Well kept and nice selection of items, it’s worth the trip!

Painting can be intimidating but Richard makes is easy. He is kind, listens and writes everything down. Several associates always ask me if if I need help. They take time to share their knowledge so I don’t waste money. I really appreciate the supportive atmosphere of this store. Thanks you for setting the bar and keep reaching!

Needed some particular size and grit of sandpaper belts to use on a borrowed belt sander. Not being very knowledgeable about such, I was totally dependent on store employees to direct me to the right aisle and product which they did, even gave some much-welcomed advice about the use of a belt sander and advised wearing goggles for eye protection which I also purchased.

Retired senior found this mower light and easy to handle as did my teenage helper. Battery time lasted as indicated. Customer service at Carlisle store (Virgil) was extraordinary.

I stopped at the Carlisle Home Depot while driving North on I81. I am not from this area. This Home Depot is very organized, items are in the correct places and well stocked. The staff are very helpful and absolutely rock!!! I highly recommend this Home Depot!!

I am almost 70 years old and employees helped me find everything I needed and also helped me to load it in my vehicle. They went above and beyond all expectations!

My husband and I bought all new appliances for our kitchen at Home Depot. With the friendly and knowledgeable appliance specialist helping us, we got exactly what we wanted at very competitive prices. We are delighted with our new kitchen!

The cashier always asks me if I need help loading my car when I check out with a large order.

My husband and i come into this store at least 2-3 times a week. We just moved to this area and have new home, so you know the updates and changes being made. All employees have been extremely helpful and friendly. Have even given us info about places to visit and go (restaurants, etc). WE enjoy this Home Depot. Much better than the Pittsburgh's one

All was great from the hello when I entered the store , an employee taking me the areas I needed., to the very pleasant cashier ,Shelly.

Have witnessed management being rude to the staff under them. Not just once. Have heard customers complaining when waiting forever for management to come and cashier was told "they are all in a meeting." No wonder there is little staff here most days. Management is the reason. Was told myself, by a manager, that displays were full price - despite not having stakes, boxes, info, anything with them. Glad I don't work here!! Only reason for two stars is that the store looked clean and the other staff being friendly.

As the wife of a mechanically minded husband, I am frequently sent on errands to purchase things I have no experience with. Thankfully, the crew at Home Depot can translate my To-Do List into actual items. I also have a creative streak that brings me back to Home Depot on various projects. Again, the crew has CONSISTANTLY taken me under their wing, giving valuable advise. They are good people!

The employees stand out more so than the merchandise. They try hard to see that the customer is satisfied.

2 weekends in a row, we've had such a positive experience at this Home Depot! Last week we walked in and there were 2 associates there to point us directly where we needed to go for what we were looking for. At check out, the associates were fast and friendly and immediately ready to help load products. Yesterday, an associate was able to point me to where I could find plastic sheeting and there were quite a few choices. Positive customer service is being well taken care of at this store!

Overall, the employees are friendly and helpful. They try to help you as much as they can. The building is sometimes a little uncomfortable to shop due to new air conditioning, it needs fixed.

Their employees seemed eager to help instead of disappearing like other stores. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I was out of there in no time with the exact products that we needed and headed for breakfast :)

Love this store in comparison to its companion in Mechanicsburg, less product in the aisles also. Best time to go is in the evening, seems to be better help available then.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Sales Associates always treat me kindly and with respect. They are there to help, but are never intrusive or aggressive when advising me about products. They are very patient with my questions.
