Bad experience with the manager Scott and how he treated the customers

I consistently shop the Home Depot in Cary. They have always treated me right. I often visit at 6am when they open. Everyone is friendly and greets me. At 6am. That alone is worth a positive review. On my recent visit I couldn't find an item listed as in stock, which isn't unusual since the online system often lags true in-store items. A sales associate (Sherri) helped me look and couldn't find it either, but she did find a 3-pack that had the item and had it marked down for me to the original item cost so I wouldn't have to drive to another Home Depot. Sadly, this level of customer service is fast disappearing, so my sincere appreciate to Sherri in the help and in confirming this is my go-to Home Depot.

Extremely impressed with the teamwork between associates. From the cashier I originally approached to the assistant manager that quickly came to retrieve the item from the cage.

Every time I go to Home Depot, I never find myself wondering (or wasting time searching for something) because there is always an employee nearby who will ask if they can help me find something!

Was humiliated when going in to purchase a freezer by the customer service cashier but was redeemed by the manager Amer. He was dedicated to customer satisfaction and I’m glad he made the end of this experience tolerable.

I love that Home Depot employees have a strong customer service attitude and are generally positive, happy and genuine. The consistency of storage and identification of goods is appreciated. I am a loyal customer.

I go out of my way to shop at this location. The store is always clean and I am almost always greeted by people that seem happy to be working there and to assist me. The other thing that is important to me is that when I am looking for something, if they carry it, it is usually on the shelves. If I cannot find what I need or I do not know where it is, I am not afraid to ask a worker. I say this because at so many places nowadays, you cannot get good service. I am not afraid to ask at this Cary location because people seem to know where things are and they will walk you to the item and find it with you.

Cary NC paint department is great . Ask for Frank and you will get all questions answered. Frank always provides quality service!

I am in the store several times a week and I’m always impressed with how friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable every employee is. The only thing you can’t get back his time. They make sure that any time I spent in their store results in my satisfaction.

There are individuals at this store who are a pleasure to work with and then there are the individuals at customer service who are rude, and could care less about doing their job or providing any service at all, especially to females. Terrible customer service experience this weekend.

We went to this store for flooring in one large bonus room in our home and new blinds for our home. So glad we visited this store! I will gladly drive the extra miles to go to this store!! Thank you Cary #3615

We bought the Westwood chandelier for our dining area. As we assembled, we noticed that the bulb holders were "warped". This caused the globes to "lean", and none would sit level. One globe was at least 2 inches below the rest. We returned to store for refund. Would have been a "great value" if it looked as good as the box picture!

I ordered a miter saw online, it was not delivered when promised. The saw was delivered to another store in another state, which lead to a three week wait. When I finally got the text to pick up my saw waited in line for 15 minutes while two employees were talking instead of helping or saying I’ll be right with you.

Our washing machine quit and we ran to Home Depot, on Walnut St. in Cary to get a new one. Amer assisted us and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He actually made our experience enjoyable.

I was buying some insulation there for a project I was doing. I was gona get 15 packs of insulation to get the bulk price. Matthew I think he was the manger saw I was looking for 15 packs of insulation but only found 13 he looked around with 2 more employees but couldn't find them . But he still gave me the bulk price I couldn't he happier he help me bring the stuff to the front and told the cash register lady what was going on .he sure knows how to take care of customers .he even asked the 2 employees to help me load the stuff up.

I am handicapped and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The employee was busy stocking a shelf but took the time to take me to the item I was looking for. The employee was knew about the item and showed me different choices I had. On leaving the cashier was happy and smiling. She helped me with my bag and made sure I was able to get out the door safely.

Rod was so helpful tonight by helping me find so many things quickly - very patient and took a sincere interest in helping me...I had a huge order as I am remodeling a condo and my visit was so much more efficient because of Rod; he even helped me get a credit card and I saved $100 bucks off my $1000+ order

Most Home Depot stores are good, but this one is GREAT! Every employee is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I drive past the Apex store just to come to the Cary store.

I am so tired of visitng the Cary Home Depot and dealing with Adeila. She is conistently rude, indifferent and offensive. This woman does not belong working in a custoemr service environment. She is also a bad influence on the other associates and her bad attitude spreads like a cancer. The management of this store needs to monitor what happens at the customer service desk to see how careless and rude this woman is and do something about it. I personally spend thousands every month in this store and I will forgo the convenience just not to be treated like human garbage and to shop where my business is appreciated.

There are super employees at this store that made my experience positive and fun!!
