I like shopping at the Home Depot garden/nursery area. There's always a good selection of the seasonal plants, soils, mulch, etc. and staff is always willing to help in any way they can. I prefer Home Depot over other stores of this nature.

The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly, that was the ONLY star. Unfortunately, we purchased a dryer from them and still don’t have one. Apparently, they don’t keep them in stock and a third party delivers it. It has been 2 weeks and we still don’t have a dryer, arrived damaged. Also, Delivery person left paperwork at house, so I had to come back home to give it to him. Call for replacement had me on hold for 30 minutes and we still do not have a time scheduled for replacement.

Dirty checkout, no cashiers, awful.

Easy to find

This store does not give military discount and when you ask for it they tell you that is just the way it is. The cashier referred us to customer service and the employee there answered a phone call while I was speaking to her to ask about the military discount. After returning to our conversation, she said that there was nothing that she could do and that was the way it is. The system decides and she didn't care if it was an error. We drove 70 miles to buy two Ryobi tools that were not available at our local store and were not available for home delivery. We verified that it was an error with corporate customer service and were told to drive back to the store. No way would I drive back to that store.

This is the place to go if you need help - the associates here are very good compared to other Home Depots.

Alot of space to shop. Employee had a great attitudes. Very friendly.

THE TWO OLDER GENTLE MEN IN THE LAWN TOOL SECTION WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. CARLOS WAS AN EXCELLENT CASHIER!

I am unaccustomed to being so dissatisfied with the customer service at a Home Depot. There is something seriously deficient in this store's culture. They clearly have not defined their purpose as team. The customer service representative at the returns on May 6th was rude and condescending. It was not directed at me (although I experiences it), rather it permeated the entire "feel" of the store. There were five people in customer service chatting vigorously among themselves while the line grew long. How can you consistently achieve results with an undisciplined team? The manager needs assess the underlying behaviors leading to the level of mistrust among the employees at this location. Sadly - this stores problems seem rooted in the foundation of effectiveness.

LOVE THIS STORE! So difficult to normally find an employee who takes a vested interest in customer service. Haseem was awesome. Took the time to understand my project objectives and help me understand the product choices I needed to make and helped me find them in the store! Hats off to Home Depot. Store was clean and well stocked!

This store has a great Team! Maxine in Flooring is great to work with. She knows her stuff, from product to installation, she provided us with every resource for us to decide on the spot that we had all the information needed to arrange for a 3 room carpet installation. This was our first visit to this HD location, two others stores are closer to our residence, but we will drive a bit more to support this Cary NC location! Thank You Home Depot!

Thank You Cary Home Depot! Maxine in Flooring is wonderful to work with. Her knowledge of flooring products is top notch, able to provide accurate estimates, and has a personality that’s just great in sales and service. The Home Depot is very fortunate to have such an awesome employee! Store was so clean! Even the bathroom!!

Two super friendly associates helped me out today at the Cary Home Depot. Mark in flooring helped calculate how much material I would need and Shahin helped me at the check out stand by scanning items for me and looking up SKU numbers for heavy items so I would have to lift them. Two all-star reps on the Home Depot floor.

This location is most convenient for me when leaving work...The prices are better then Lowes and more selections.

Everyone, especially Marie because she was very patient with me and very helpful. The workers were also very polite and did a good job . I really like my new carpet and floor.

We drive past two other HD locations as the Cary store has the best staff. The always help us feel welcome and always find ways to help. Recently Lisa from up front is always smiling and takes the time to say hi to our kids. She is always willing to help. David L recently took time to help load up the car without me asking for his help. Plus this location has items that I couldn’t find online. They have it all.

The store was very clean and neat. I was amazed at how well stocked and the selection—especially given the holidays. The employees were fantastic -smiling, courteous, and helpful. AND-the prices beat their competitors.

Super helpful in Cary! I was about to make a mistake on what type of primer to buy (just based on the water based paint I had already purchased)... and Frank approached me and asked if I needed help. He explained that it matters what I'm putting the primer on top of... and the ramifications of choosing the wrong product.. He saved me from a large amount of rework.

The Staff are so friendly and this store is always stocked well with items I need. It is clearly run by a team that was working hard and having fun at the same time.

From my Last Sunday Night Experience: Robert should NOT be working at CUSTOMER SERVICE; I think he should be in the back or in warehouse shipping.

Haven't been there in a while because (several years ago) it was not a very helpful place to buy. I went back a few months ago and I have been very impressed as to the improvements in the competence, availability and helpfulness of associates. They have a good selection (as do all of their competitors). I hope to continue to buy there, and will do so if the service maintains a high degree of helpfulness that I encountered recently.

I have lived in this area for the past 20 years and shopped at this store. I just had the worst experience that I would never have expected from the service I received. 4 times, this store could not get a delivery right. After 6 weeks, I decided to no longer receive the purchase. It is unfathomable to me that, no one seemed to understand the urgency. When an associate tells you, "I am the district operations manager" they are telling you, there is nothing you can do - Take it or live it! Very very disappointed and I am being generous with my review.

Every time I shop at this store I feel appreciated. The staff I’ve encountered have been helpful and actually had good attitudes; great customer service is still alive and well in Cary! Such a different experience than shopping at the other big home store across the street.
