WAS IN NEED FOR A REPLACING MY APPLIANCE AND THEY WORKED WITH ME TO GET THE 'CORRECT' FIT FOR MY NEEDS.

I bought an outdoor grill this time around and am very pleased with the price and the help from employee Phil, I received while purchasing !

I’m always greeted by a friendly and helpful personality. When I don’t know what I’m looking for and describe it in some awful way, they always seem to know exactly what and where it is. Erika was pretty awesome and super helpful with my ceiling fan endeavor! Cashier Nicole, she was great!

Store is very clean , the employees are helpful and check out was fast no wait time is the most I experienced..

If you are looking for home appliances, this is the store to visit first! Excellent inventory of quality goods, well priced. I always check on the internet first to compare. The service is amazing. My buying experience was more about the practical use of the appliance and its care than an arm-twisting sales pitch! I also use this store for sourcing all electrical supplies for our electrical apprentice training videos. The store has everything we need from those awesome Milwaukee and Leviton tools to an excellent inventory of available parts.

this is our favorite store- for 20 years it has been! Employees are always willing to help, and we always have a great selection of products. We've tried other home depot's- but this one has the best layout and selection of products.

I would highly recommend looking at different stores, especially if you are doing will call or pickup. I ordered a grill yesterday, June 16th. When I was working with the gentleman, I told him I would be picking it up today and I would like it in the box. The gentleman assured me they would pull it off the shelf and have it ready. I went to pick up the grill today and they pulled one inside from the garden center and not the one in the box. When I made this aware to the gentleman, he said "I just pull the orders. Let me find someone to help" and walked away. He came back and said it would take 20 minutes to pull the order. All this could have been done yesterday and not had an issue. However, since they couldn't follow instructions I requested it cost all of us time. There was also a lady who requested a toolbox to be assembled and ready but hers was in the box. Obviously there is an issue with the will call and not having instructions.

Jay is simply awesome. Best experience ever!!!

Anyone needing appliances for their home need to see Jay Kohr at the Casselberry store. He was so professional and patient and he really knows his stuff. Thanks to Jay and hope he has another 22 years with the company.We'll be back!!

I do like this location, I recently purchase a new home in the area and they are my to go location for all my needs. today I had the Opportunity to deal with mr Jay from appliances who was very helpful and ensure my needs were addressed before leaving the store. he didn't had to do that, but given the bad Experience I had from the other competitors, he ensure he went over my delivery, service options , what to do and what not to do. overall I am glad they have good people that really care/

Store was very clean. Was able to get everything purchased. Jay from appliances was a wonderful help, answered all the questions we had about a dryer.

this is the only store from home depot where employees constantly ask you if they can help you unbelievable by the way Mary Murdie is a very strong associate she is so efficient smart polite and friendly management needs to take her on the side and reward her there is no other one from Miami to new York like her

I went to Home Depot to buy washer and dryer. Jerry greeted me and showed me the appliances that I was asking him about. then Jerry and Jay Kohr ran the credit app and helped me buy what I wanted. they were very knowledgeable of the product. very big help.

I had a great experience today with the purchase of a Rigid 10" table saw with stand. The employees loaded the saw into my SUV and were glad to do it. The cashier, Antoinette, was spectacular in alerting the male employees to give me a hand. All of them had a great cheerful attitude. I'll be back to purchase a pressure washer in a week or so. Great job all the way around!!!

I would rather shop at store 262 than 264 any day. The workers at 262 care and are very helpful. Always. 264 don't care any time.

I arrived at The Home Depot store after researching an item at home. A pleasant checkout person directed me to the department I needed. I showed the department employee my notes and he assisted me by using a store computer to see if this item was in stock. He found out the item was not available in the store, but that a quantity of 40+ was currently in transit and would arrive in three weeks. He also told me it was also necessary for me to have a plumber check my current shut-off valve which must be in working order before this item could be installed in my home. I left the store, located a plumber, and called the employee the next day to let him know I was on my way to the store where I met him and purchased the item.

bad service all around except for an older gentleman that works in plumbing thanks to him I may go back and purchase plumbing materials only

Casselberry store has the best layout and the best and friendliest employees who always seem happy to help me. As an older woman coming in the store, they make it easy and less intimidating for me.

We had a thoroughly satisfying experience when shopping for a range yesterday. Jay , Appliance Specialist, was very knowledgeable, patient and through with us. Hey, we made a new friend and got our needs met simultaneously! Thanks, Jay, and Home Depot!
