If you are looking for appliances, you need to look for Jay Kohl. He made the experience enjoyable and easy. I was totally unprepared for all the choices and he broke it all down and gave excellent guidance. Thank you Jay.

My shopping experience at The Home Depot #0262 in Casselberry was a very pleasant experience. I was in and out of the store in record time. I came for one item, a Genie Garage Door Remote. With the assistance of a lady at the return desk I located the area of the store where the item was located. When I got the that area of the store a very helpful associate, named Tom helped me make the selection. Tom helped me with the entire purchase process including helping me check out and helping me be sure the item was exactly what I wanted to purchase. The store was nice and clean. All in all it was a very pleasant quick shopping experience.

Store manager Erick is friendly, courtesy even before his shift ended. Keep up the hard work and get the others staff members aboard with great customer service.

This store is very convenient for us, but recently we've had some GREAT customer service from some of the associates. Happy, helpful and willing to help us from start to finish. Richard in Electrical, Willy in Hardware and Phil at the Customer Service Desk are all amazing! Look for them if you need help - they will definitely take care of you!

I really enjoy my shopping experiences at this location! The staff are always professional and helpful! For example, Glenn went beyond the call of duty to assist me with finding the right products for my plant! I highly recommend this Home Depot!

I drive past several Home Depots just to shop at this one. The employees are really great, they always go the extra mile to make sure you find everything your looking for. The employees are also specialist in their field, which is a big help.

This store is close to where I live, it is close to a Publix where I do my groceries and their employees are excellent. Thumbs up all the time!

This store is huge, everything is really well organized and easy to find. Each end cap has a list of items in the aisle. The employees are super nice and helpful. All seem to have knowledge of their particular depts. The garden section is well cared for, all plants look healthy and do not die on the car ride home.

Veronica AKA "V-Rock" made Home Depot a whole new experience for me. She helped me find everything I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me. I have never meet such a helpful and kind person in a customer service role in my life. It's crazy how a single person can make such a huge impact in a stores brand and image. Taking the Home Depot in casselberry from just another Home Depot to the best Home Depot I have ever been to.

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Most times I find what I came for. Wish the customer service desk was a littel more friendly, most times they do NOT make us feel welcome.

The employee by the name of Jay Kohr is the absolute sweetest. They need to hire more people like him! He answered all our questions and took us directly to what we needed. We helped us purchase our fridge and stove for our new home and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From now on every time we go and have a question we will be looking for Jay to help us! He is also super stylish with his outfit choices and I love it.

Don’t come to this store and think you’ll be in and out in 2 mins .. service is completely horrible especially in lumber department ... no one seems to care about customer service they have to run off and try to find who ever is in the lumber department... over 1.5 hours of waiting it is purely pathetic

Casselberry Home Depot was excellent in my purchase over the phone and had everything ready for pickup the next morning. Although I live near the Oviedo Home Depot the item I wanted to buy was the last one available. I called the Casselberry Home Depot where the last item was located and was pleasantly surprised how helpful and detailed they were with an over-the-phone purchase and setup for pickup the next morning. The store is easy to find what you need. The prices are fair. Some of the employees are very friendly.

This particular store is always clean and the associates are very knowledgeable. I have purchased both appliances and a washer/ dryer set here in the last 2 months. Ask for Jay in the Appliance Department. I recommend him.
