I really enjoyed the service that I get every time when I go to this Home Depot in Cedar Hill I am grateful for all the help that I receive by being a elderly woman I thank God for all the help that they give me when I visit the store keep doing positive things and all will be well.. MJ

Just a warning! Be sure to shop the store! The price on the website is wrong! I paid $74.97 for Scott's Weed and Seed that showed on store website as $52.97!!

Kameise processed my return as cash and it should’ve been CC. She couldn’t go back therefore I had to have it on my CC. She also was unprofessional and uneducated in Home Depot products.

Everytime I visit I find exactly what I need with assistance from the workers

The Cedar Hill Home Depot outshines is neighbor Home Depot store is the southern DFW sector! They are friendly, helpful and don't act like its an imposition to speak with a customer (hear that Lancaster?)

Went to Home Depot to order vinyl flooring and was able to complete the order today. I have been trying to get this ordered since June, but the price was too high for the product I wanted. Once I caught it on sale online, but when I had gotten to the store the price had gone back up. I decided to use a different product and was able to complete the order to my satisfaction. Just wish Home Depot would consider the customers more online when they post something on sale in the morning then by afternoon the price is higher. Makes customers chase online sales for items that are not offered in the store.

As a contractor I know what I need when I walk in the door. When I do need help it is great not having to chase them down. The Cedar Hill store is attentive and well stocked. I enjoyed meeting Ms Rita at the checkout today.

I wasn't expecting her to help us in such depth, usually when my family and I go in search of something and ask a team member they just give us a general direction of where to find products of that function and sometimes we find that those products aren't even where they lead us to believe they would be, then we would turn around to find out that the person who was 'helping' us was nowhere in sight. However Sherle instructed us on specific products we have used in the past and why they don't work as well as how to fix the issues we were facing with our lawn and gardening. She then quizzed us on our knowledge on/what we intuited products to do and occasionally had to give us the right answer when we would answer incorrectly for a better understanding on how things worked together or against our overall objective of a beautiful landscape. She was an absolute blessing.

The employees couldn’t even tell me where the electrical department was… I had great service from my cashier Rita but everyone else was very unhelpful.

You were the only store in a 50 mile area that had this item. I have been looking for these blinds for 2 months. The customer service was excellent and you had my items. Thank you for being there.

Frank and Alicia did not agree to accept my Home Depot gift card just because it was on the phone. I asked them to try scanning it because that’s what I do on all the other stores I go to. Frank refused to even try and said that it was HD’s policy. Except that I do this multiple times a week with no issues. Very disorganized store and lacking in customer service.

I brought flooring and needed more and the employee had no problem with helping me locate more at different stores, I was able to ship there for free. I can’t wait to post my ending result of the floors.

The store had so much stuff laying all over down the aisles, boxes on the shelves were just thrown and stacked on top of each other, the shelves were dusty and took forever to find anything! Smh..Ms. Rita the cashier was the best part of the shopping experience.

This is my favorite Home Depo! I purchase 11 succulent plants for the Professional Administrative staff at school. Each plant was unique and beautiful. I can't wait for them to receive them.

I'm a dedicated Home Depot customer. I could pack a lunch and stay all day, if I could afford it! I've never met a Home Depot employee who wasn't professional and courteous. The store is neat, clean and well stocked. Most recently, a cashier named Pily literally brightened my day with her professional guidance and smile.

I purchased moulding and the selection was very reasonably priced.

As a 70 yr. old gardener, I needed help. My wonderful garden soil, mulch, & compost were loaded easily & efficiently by Mike, a home depot employee. Thanks!

Ok you do it yourself home owners. Home Depot has the best deal on sand for your kids sand box or for those other projects. A bag of play ground sand was less than $5 which was a great bargen. This is a family friendly place to take your kids and to help teach them in the world of work. The customer service is supportative and willing to help. I had no trouble keeping the kids entertained while getting an employee to help me at this location.

I shopped other stores and could not find the tools I needed but this one had plenty and it was easy to get help to reach the tools needed.

I often have to visit this store because of the proximity to my residence. There is exactly 1 store employee that knows anything about their department. I believe her name is Susan, she works in the plants/pesticides area. She is very knowledgeable about different plants and different items to use for various weeds and pests. Other than this one person there is not a single employee that knows anything about any tools, parts or material in the entire store. They rely only on the information on their phones to tell you if they might have a specific product, but not one can provide any information about any plumbing or electrical or building related inquiry. If you need help figuring out what parts you might need for a job or how to do certain things stay away from this location. Other stores and locations sometimes have people that are knowledgeable about different trades and materials, but this location is extremely deficient in this area.

Over time, I have learned to use the Home Depot as My Garage and I find it very convenient to shop at Home Depot at both here in the U.S. and in my 2nd home in the Philippines, yes, Home Depot is international.. Chon
