The Home Depot team at the Cedar Hill store is awesome!!! They are always friendly and eager to help customers. My refrigerator went out during this pandemic and the associate searched every model similar to what I asked for until he found one that was in stock. I got a new refrigerator in 1 week versus 2-3 months.

The store was basically out of precut rebar today. I was willing to buy an 8 foot piece, but needed to cut it. Maria offered to help. She found the rebar cutter tool, but it wasn't quite able to do half-inch rebar, so she let me use a hacksaw to cut it so that I could take the precut piece to the job I was working on without having to drive 40+ minutes home and back to get a hacksaw. A+ customer service!

The service at this Home Depot is great. Lots of people to answer questions fast checkout knowledge staff. I travel a lot and this has NOT been my experience with other Home Depots. Cedar Hill rocks their customer service!! Thank You for being MY Home Depot 5 mins from the house!! Thankful I have a great neighborhood store!!

I go to buy plants, soil & pots. Employees are helpful. Place looks nice. Plants look lively and beautiful. Everytime i visit i can not resist buying more plants because they are so pretty!

I feel this store has a lot of potential since it is the only larger hardware store in Cedar Hill. Employees could stand some training in how to approach customers when it is obvious that they need help finding something and there needs to be at least one person available in each department at all times. I have noticed that this store is sometimes hard for customers to get help in. Overall though I do shop here often as they usually have the things I'm looking for.

I have ALWAYS had excellent service at this Home Depot. This one Home Depot employee lady, Ms. Youka, has always been a very professional and pleasant lady. This store is always well maintained.

I’ve not seen an employee at this store who wasn’t very helpful and seemed happy to be so. I’m always happy to go there and usually find exactly what I need.

I had a great shopping experience at this store. An employee answered the phone and checked to ensure an item was still in stock. 2 other employees were helpful in my finding other items that I needed. I Love Home Depot!

I returned a light that cost $269.54. Because I used a $7.87 store credit on the $568.28 purchase I was told I was not allowed to be given a credit on my Discover Card but instead could only be given a "store credit" for anything I returned on that receipt. I almost blew my top!!!!!! You do not allow a customer to receive a credit on their account for anything that was purchased using a store credit even if it is .01 cents! Thiis is outrageous! Your "store credits" can only be used in store

Do NOT go to the store in Cedar Hill. I was ignored and treated improperly at this store. The level of incompetence take on a whole new meaning. The manager looked at me and ignored me, the so called worker looked at me and ignored me because I took him away from flirting with his co-worker. If I decide to go to Home Depot again it will not be the store in Cedar Hill. I had a question one hour and sixteen minutes ago about flooring, I am still waiting for the answer. I wanted to report the inappropriate treatment one hour and sixteen minutes ago, I am still waiting. This store is an embarrassment and consistently ignore the customers (people who spend money).

The Home Depot has been my favorite hardware store for many years, they seem to have everything one needs to maintain ones home, the only issue I have with this fine store, is they simply do not seem to support the products they sell for battery driven devices or brand name replacement chains for chain saws.

will not take military discount at lumber check out.. said supervisor joe told her not to give military discount. went to main reg. and got dioscount. had to wait in line for 15min.

Some good older caring employees. Covered awning pickup area is a joke. People use it as civered parking and go inside to buy air conditioner filters! I had multiple bags of concrete to pick up and couldn't even get close!

This Home Depot has the worst customer service. The employees are rude, unprofessional and not helpful. And if you are going in near closing time just be aware they lock the doors at least 10 minutes early. And you will not receive any help if the store is about to close.

As you see from the ratings this store is not the best. They barely have any employees working that can assist and the ones that do aren’t trained in their respective departments. I ordered 6 appliances and my delivery date has been changed 3 times. Today I was supposed to receive the merchandise but I called (they didn’t call me) To confirm again and was told they didn’t come in. I have to wait another 4 days to a week, but I already removed my old appliances as I was told to do by the confirmation text. Ridiculous.

A local contractor gave me a list of several items needed for some repair work at my house. A Home Depot employee named Weldon walked me to each isle, explained purchase options and help me find everything on my list. It was the best customer service I have had at a home improvement store!
