Home Depot, Cedar Hill, is my primary shopping location for home improvement. It's close to home and the service is great. I've never had an issue getting help, returning items or finding what I need. I honestly can not remember the last time I shopped at another home improvement store simply because I've never had a need to.

I found the products, I was shopping for, easily I needed lumber loaded onto my truck, and Sean (Lot Loader) was and Angel. He had a big smile, seemed happy to help an elderly person, and happy with his job. A+ The store was clean and I received the help, I needed. The Associates were helpful, but Sean exceeded my expectations.

I came in to get a large amount of paint for my house I just bought and some stain for my fence. Vernon in the paint department is the best, he got all of my stuff done in a very timely manner while showing great manners, product knowledge, and customer service. Home Depot should definitely keep him around.

Sooooo disappointing to visit this store and continuously be not helped. If I knew more in construction I would be fine, but this store is for those do it yourself folks. It used to be a perfect store. So sad.

I have lived in this area for almost 16 years now and I will not go to another store because other stores price gouge you. I will continue to use this Home Depot for my home improvement and repair needs. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

WENT IN AND WAS ABLE TO ESTABLISH THE HELP I NEEDED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM YOUKA WAS THE BEST!!! EVEN GOT A HUG.

This store superseded my expectations. The people HERE are friendly and kind, the store is neat and they have a variety of products that will satisfy your DIY needs. Oh and did I mention the people are friendly!

I have lived in this area since 1995 and the workers have in general been helpful each time I shopped. However, now they friendlier. Good job!

The store is always clean. Although I did not need any assistance on this visit, associates Joslyn and Lisa ask if I needed any help. I liked that. The cashiers Cynthia and Youka were friendly when I checked out.

I had an issue with a missing piece for a ceiling fan. Frank, a lead in Electrical, handled my issue quickly and professionally. No questions asked had the part waiting for me the next day- even though it was his weekend off. Their customer service is great and the always will have my business in Cedar Hill, Texas.
