how can customers give compliments if they arent even willing to answer rebecca is horrible at listening.

I was shorted $100 and it took them 3 days to give me my money back. Poor customer service and extremely unprofessional and rude management.

We went in to buy 2 toilets and other misc items. Toilets were on top shelf so we had to wait for an employee to bring them down. Even though we had to wait, the employee that assisted us named Jennifer was friendly and ensured another employee got them down for us. Jennifer also ensured we found all items we were looking for. The employee that got them down plus 2 other young men that helped us put them in vehicle were all friendly and so was the employee in the returns area. Positive and helpful employees at this location.

Sara one of the checkers has probably the best attitude of anyone that I have seen working in customer service and having to sometimes deal with awkward customers. Always has a smile and always helpful

I went on Friday saw some grills and they have the promotion going on for Labor Day weekend. The grills that we like had the price tag of $299, we went back in today to get the one we liked and the price tag again had $299. We had Miracle helping us out, he was great and went above and beyond helping us out. We told him which grill we wanted and he scanned the barcode to see if they had more outside and he said that they did, he took us to show us the grill just to make sure it was the one we wanted. When we went outside to look at them the grill was different and we expressed that to him so we went back inside and let him know the differences on the grill. Turns out that the tag that was on the grill wasn't the correct one, so we told him that we wanted that grill for the price I even took a picture of the grill with the price tag on it that had $299 on it and he said yes because it was on the grill he is able to do that. He called the manager and while we were waiting for the manager Miracle was explaining the situation to Kassandra who is another employee working at the customer service desk. Manager came over and Kassandra was explaining to the manager and my boyfriend let Jessie know which is the manager about the situation and that we even had pictures of the grill with the $299 tag. Right away the manager got it understood the situation and granted us the price of $299 on the grill. They went to bring down the grill for us Jessie then handed us over to a different manager a lady because he was going on break. The manager ended up just complaining the whole entire time of the price that we were getting the grill she was making faces and being rude. Kassandra rang us up and did the transaction wrong didn't even respect the price of $299, she sold it to us for $349 and the whole entire time of that transaction she was giving attitude as well as the lady manager.

She is very helpful and attentive. I know nothing about paint but she walked me through the entire process. I will continue to shop at this location because I know Ryan will be there to help me.

Have to go other home Depot because when I get here it's low on stock and web showed something else

The only reason I am writing this review is the plant selection. I've come here the past few years and always scored on a "rare" houseplant or something for the patio. They are all well taken care of and they have a vast selection from the most common of plants to the more sought after ones.

Went into this location to have keys made for my new home. I gave the young lady my house key. She made copies when I got home. I tried one of the keys out it got stuck in my keyhole. Causing me to call a locksmith out which charged over $250 to get the key out.

Exceptional young man at the paint section. Very knowledgeable, ask for Adrian.

Friendly atmosphere. Great staff. Personable. Good selection of products. Quick check out times. Really has improved quite a bit

Compliments to Debbie at Key Center she went out of her way to make my house keys.

Was so easy to find the items due to the huge signs showing you where everything is. Employee even offered to help me get sheetrock to the truck but I didn't need her to. Checkout went quick.

I frequently shop here, at least twice a week and have yet to have a bad interaction. Employees are always so positive and willing to help.

Overall my experience here was Good not great because of how rude and uninterested the associate in self check Lola was she gave unnecessary amount of attitude towards me and the customers waiting in line because one machine was only taking cash which is understandable but she was more interesting on talking with the other associates instead of helping out the customers that their machine we’re going off on them needing assistance
