This was by far the best experience I have had at this store. All associates seemed to be busy and by the overheard conversations between customers and associates answers were given.

Your customer service staff are very rude there were several employees flirting and socializing like it was a Friday night at a frat house. They were disrespectful did not even call me to tell me they canceled my order, because it was out of stock! when I ordered it it was in stock. It took your manager forever to come and speak with me, I think he had to drive from his house.Alisee Who first helped when I got in line was completely RUDE with no manners!! because I interrupted her flirting with a male associate. she pretty much rolled her eyes gave me attitude and at one point she even turned her back when I was still talking to her to giggle with male associate.As for Natalie she bugged her eyes out and flinched her head like she was trying to bully me as I’m speaking to your manager about their behavior. To me that’s threatening your guest in your store! So is Home Depot okay with allows employees bullying their guest bullying?

Kind of messy and bought an item that was used, broken, and missing parts, also I felt very uncomfortable with employees following me around as if I was going to steal something when I made good paying customer other than that I like all the products at the store has

I love Home Depot and this store had the product I needed, my local store did not. I also love rigid tools, the problem I have is with the registration of the tools. They make it so hard that customers just give up! Home Depot needs to do something about this!

Customer service is almost nonexistent. I feel like the employees see customers as only a inconvienence and take no pride in the store.

Out of stock on quite a few occasions. Tool rental department could be improved a lot. The equipment seems to always be unavailable do to be under repair or not in good operating condition when it is available.

I realize there is an epidemic with the Corona Virus , but I called ahead to verify and confirm I could pick up respiratory masks. When I got there the Manager was rude to me, but the sales associate was kind. The other people who assisted me on the phone were amazing. I called the store manger today, he had no clue until he conferred with his staff, that there was a 'limit to purchase' more than a few of the masks. I drove 4 hours to get to this store, after calling from the bay area. They said they would have my items waiting in customer service. They only sold me a portion of them. Better communication going forward, will save your customer and you time in assisting them to your product.

It is very good store. Its staff provide helping me to find out the products that I want fast and to give a good advice of what I should know about.

Have come here for everything from quick pickups to custom wood work. Great service overall.

Very unhelpful staff. They seem to be more focused on leaving to vacation and lying saying that representative had left in an emergency, requiring more wait time to find another person to assist.

I love having a home depot so close to my home. I like shopping here, I'm always able to find what I need and get the help that I need.

No department associates to help customers in the departments I was shopping in. I requested help twice from the customer service desk and no one came to assist me. Products were mixed in the bin locations and I had to dig through to find what I was looking for. Store was cluttered with product to be put away.

Best home depot around the valley. Staff are always there to help and make shopping there a pleasure. I shop at this store sometimes 3 - 4 times a day or more. I would recommend this store over any other in the area.

Ceres Home Depot store is one of the best in the area. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel as if you were shopping at a small mom and pop hardware store. When you shop there, you feel valued. And they have some great bargains and variety of merchandise. I highly recommend the Ceres store as it is the best in the Modesto/Turlock California area.
