I have always enjoyed shopping here. It's nice to order something online and be able to pick it up at the store. They have a very friendly and helpful staff.

Love this store if I need help finding something there is always someone there to help me. Store is always clean too. Associates were somewhat helpful

The store employees were very helpful, the store always has everything I look for. I needed help to find a particular item and Danielle Tamez showed much enthusiasm and professionalism in helping me. It is workers like her that I choose Home Depot and this exact store location.

The store was very clean, well stocked the associate's are kind, helpful, and respectful. They will go out of their way to help you find what you need, all the while staying chipper and happy. Though easy to find what you need, there is always the time your not sure what you need. Their knowledgeable staff are very helpful in those situations. Thank You Ceres Home Depot

Overall always willing to help customers out and the cleanliness is always satisfy. The crew at the pro dance always do a wonderful job starting from the supervisor to the staff

Tool Shed was very professional, got out in a timely manner. Associate charged me a fee with out discussing it with me, but associate at check out made adjustment, and apologized. Went shopping in Ceres and associate in electrical department took real good care of me. He helped me search for an item until we found it. Very professional.

The store was clean. I shop with no problems and the staff are helpful.

Always a mess parking lot is trash and the store is always out of stock even if they say they have it online they have product in the wrong location and have employees that dont know anything about the department they are working in management is horrible they have no customer service what so ever it took me over 2 hours to get a pressure washer from a overhead storage

It wasn't easy looking for my items and nobody provided or suggested in helping me. The store was clean, I'll give them that but the cashier(Beatrice) was rude, please retrain your cashiers.

i think associates should be a little more personable, walked around store for approx. 15-20 minutes and not once was I approached by an associate for assistance, I asked two separate associates for assistance and was just pointed in a direction with little to no assistance, need to be a little more helpful and friendly, but I guess can be the norm around similar type businesses, not everyone that walks into a hardware/building store is a handyman or a contractor, need to take that into consideration, I understand they may know what they are looking for or need but not everyone that walks in the door. training is a big must at this store.

Order Pick-Up was quick, and Sandra was amazing to work with in getting my order.

Cashier Beatrice went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and saved the most money, She was awesome! Give this woman a raise! Thank you again Cashier Beatrice! Super appreciate you!

Probably the most disorganized store I've ever been in. Plece is always a mess. If it wasn't for a few key employees (Madesina) I would go elsewhere

If your a contractor go to the pro desk staff is always willing to help. and if you have a problem in the store ask for Carlos he is very helpful and can make almost anything right

The Ceres store is very clean and the employees are great. I gave it 4 stars only because I've had to wait more than 2 minutes to get service. NOTE: Two minutes is the time that people wait "before" they start to get upset. Overall the Ceres store is much better than the Modesto store on Briggsmore. I own a handyman service and time is very important to me. I want to get in and out as soon as possible and the Ceres store helps me on this issue.

Could not get anyone to assist loading, waited 30 minutes, then finally gave up . Even the store employees could not reach the manager. Grandmother lifting 50lb bags of cold patch , not very happy at all!!!!

This store has excellent customer service and I guarantee that customers would love shopping here.

This location fails in many ways. There is never enough staff on hand either on the sales floor or at the registers. The staff is not knowledgeable or friendly. The ONLY reason I ever shop here is because it is much closer than the next nearest improvement store. I would be embarrassed to be the manager of this location.

The store personnel needs to be better informed on how to complete returns and then reorder the product. As it is, they should have been able to reverse the transaction but the computer system doesn't allow that so the entire order had to be cancelled then rewritten (two hours of my life I'll never get back).

Really enjoyed my visit to this store. The Sales Person, (Yolih) was super.

Carlos is by far the best in that area, we work and live in Modesto and go to Ceres store to get his amazing service and help and respect. Nancy was very helpful as well.

Gilda and Carlos are by far the best. We love going to see them each time, so friendly and knowledgeable.
