I went to the garden section to pick out some top soil for a project I’m working on and Ed was nothing but professional. We had a great conversation and he made my overall trip to Home Depot amazing!

I came to buy a refrigerator after doing research, but ended up finding a better deal in the store. I was in and out so quickly and knew just what to expect for delivery. Mike was so great!

Enjoyable shopping at this location. Garden section has nice selection of plants. Employees make you feel welcome.

Great stire with wonderful helpful employees.

As a Pro, I go to this Home Depot all the time. I find them professional and their customer service is top rate !!!

I have used this Home Depot locatiion for many years and it consistently a great DIY to shop.

Home Depot had many varieties of garage door openers. Many of each was in stock.

For a while now the wood selection has been poor. You have to literally dig through piles of 4x4s etc to find straight, whole, boards. Many are simply not usable for building.

Got my paint sample from Gerrick! What a perfect match!!! Thank you!!!! Sherwin Williams did not help me! In fact I had THEIR sticker with the combination and they said it was oil and water based and can't be done! Gerrick did a perfect match!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!

I continually shop at the store, not only out of convenience, but because of the employees that work here. One in particular is Lupita. She is a cashier at the store, and always makes my shopping experience pleasant

ailey, Danyel and George nailed great customer service. Kailey took ownership visually confirming stock ahead of time and it's condition, Danyel quickly resolved my panic at forgetting my Home Depot card so I could use my coupon, and then George volunteered to help load before even being asked. Customer service DEFINED by these folks. They helped turned a very frustrating week with a balky fridge at home into a very stress relieving solution! Can't thank them enough!

I actually shop at two Home Depots; Val Vista and Warner, Gilbert,Az and German in Chandler Arizona.. I have found both to be so helpful in customer service in all departments.I certainly choose Home Depot over other home improvement stores.

I was super impressed by the level of customer service from the store manager at this location. I didn't have to feel like a criminal Returning something as I have in other home depot locations. Also, it is great to see the storm manager on the floor with the employees and customers. I will stick to this location even though it is a bit out of my way!

I prefer HD as my go to home improvement store. However, on this visit I had a problem using my store credit card. It took a visit to customer service to remedy the problem. Michelle in customer service is great. She understood my frustration and solved my problem.

There is one that’s closer to my house, and of course, the other company with the blue shelving is only a mile away but I will drive 3.5 miles out of my way just to go to this one because of the great customer service. I wish it was closer but oh well 🤪

I purchased a sample can of paint. The employee failed to secure the lid which resulted in the paint spilling all over the inside of my car. This should not have happened as they should be knowledgeable on how to secure a paint can cover. Not only did I have to spend money to have my car cleaned, the stress of my car not looking the same again is unnecessary had the employee paid attention to their job.

I like that the service people are very knowledgeable about their product

You would be surprised how far and how well a "Good Morning" greeting goes.

I use this store for equipment, rental equip, home repair supplies and lawn and garden, the staff at each department are friendly and willing to listen and help

Needing to buy for an event, store was stock, has selection, employees are helpful and have good information to share. If they don’t know they find out! Thank you HD !

Excellent Service and employees were very helpful and kind and helped us locate what we were looking for.

When buying a new washer/dryer I was so pleased with how helpful associate Mike W. was! He was extremely thorough on the delivery and setup process and helped to make the decision that was right for us.

Glenn and Jennifer the managers are super helpful. My only complaint is a lot of the tools I need are out of stock because of thieves, they need better security so I can purchase the items I need.
