STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED. ASSOCIATES WERE HELPFUL AND AVAILABLE ( I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO SEARCHING ALL OVER THE STORE TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME).

Good store. Always nice employees and quick checkout.

Chris did such a wonderful job helping us load our heavy items throughout the store! He also helped us create easier solutions for our project we were struggling with for our outdoor wedding, he saved us a days work easily!

If you need flooring, ask for James. Best customer service I’ve had in my 54 years of life.

Roger, Karan, Pete, & another young man — all of whom were working in the tool rental/repair area — went above & beyond to help us today. We found the area of the store we needed with ease. The store was clean & felt safe during COVID. All of the associates were helpful and friendly.

This location restocks returned product with missing hardware and defective parts. Purchased two of the same faucets; one was clearly different from the others in terms of how the contents was packaged, one had missing hardware and one of the faucet cartridges was faulty - clearly why the last customer returned it. In turn I also now need to return it. Expected greater integrity from HD.

Lumber workers are zero help. After asking the cashier the only person I could find to call someone to ask questions about 2x4s and pricing I saw the lumber workers pick up the phone and answer. They answered with “they are in aisle 14” which I already knew because I came from them with two of them in my cart. I asked for more information on the pricing and different woods and the cashier responded “all I can tell you is it’s in aisle 14...” the correct response would be let me phone the guys and make them get up off their butts and walk the 15 ft over and help me. Instead I walked away and told my partner what happened. He went back and the cashier saw him coming and he yelled over “no they need more help than being told where it is.” They got up... but walked right past us did a lap around the aisles and ask they walked by the second time my partner yelled “to can we get some help?” They looked our way then continued walking out of sight. At this point I went to find a manager. I found Marcy who walked from the other side of the store and came to help us in lumber. She did great and tried her best to make up for it. Home Depot needs to check their customer service and ask Marcy how to do it because even the store on Val vista you can’t find people to help you anymore like it used to be. Lowe’s is much better when needing to get help.

Rashed really makes each check out nice.

The store does not enforce the wearing of masks. Multiple people walking around the store and engaging with employees and management without masks.

Generally this store has been on top of things. For the past few months it has gone downhill. Employees seem very unhappy working here. One particular employee named Tracy at the return service desk has a real nasty attitude towards customers making returns. When I bought a $2058 Samsung refrigerator, I applied for a new store credit card and got $100 off. One day later the fridge goes on sale for $1598. Went back to the store after the fridge is delivered to get a price adjustment and was given an attitude that I cannot get that $100 discount because it is now a sales item. Totally absurd and did not make any sense. Upper management authorized the $100 discount because that was the correct way to solve the issue and otherwise the fridge would have been returned. When upper management gave the approval, Tracy seemed flustered and upset. Maybe she owns Home Depot. She said to me, email?! I started spelling out my email. She said, I'm not asking! I'm telling you. Email, meaning email receipt. I was like WOW. What's with her attitude? I can't give this place a 1 star because the store is clean, products are easy to find and some employees are helpful and friendly, but not all.

Yes I found the product I was looking for. And I received the help from the tool rental associate. And the store was clean and organized. Yes Joshua was super friendly and has best customer service ever. He put the customer first and actually made me I was welcomed here.

One of the best Home Depot's I have ever been to...and I am in one minimally once a week. People were friendly and helpful. Store is well stocked and has some unique merchandise that other stores did not have. Jill, the cashier, is super awesome! Check them out.

We love Home Depot...great prices, service and selection. We bought some patio furniture and had the best customer service experience. Two young men in the department stacked our selection on a pallet and made sure everything was put in our truck carefully. And to top it all off the patio chairs we wanted were on sale!!

This is our favorite Home Depot, people are friendly and helpful. If we cannot find what we need someone has always helped us find it or find another Home Depot location that has it.

JOSEPH M. made my shopping experience TOP NOTCH . . and he is DEFINITELY one of the reasons this store is better than ALL other home improvements stores . . JOSEPH M.'s CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH SUPER DUPER AMAZINGLY OUTSTANDINGLY WONDERFUL!!! He is kind, pleasant, caring, engaging and a TRUE role model for both employees and customers on how to treat one another with respect and kindness! I so wish you could CLONE HIM and put AT LEAST one Joseph M. in each of your HD stores!!!

Not only did the store have terrible inventory issues Half of the associates were not wearing a mask even though it’s mandated in our county and we’re in the middle of a pandemic. When I said something, they laughed at me. The store does safety, the store does not care about its customers or protecting customers health. Don’t shop here.

Customer service is excellent here. From making a return, buying on-line and picking it up at the store, needing assistance while shopping, and even using the self service check out. Every employee I spoke with was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The employees @ this store go so far above & beyond 2 help their customers! Don't get me wrong - other stores have nice employees too but this store has EXTRAORDINARILY HELPFUL employees. Particularly Gus in Gardening & Allison, the cashier! I had no clue what type of weed killer I could use to kill weeds in my flower garden w/o killing all my flowers! Gus, GOD BLESS HIM, helped me read thru MANY labels & FIND the EXACT Product I needed!! Then, as I was checking out, Allison noticed my bag of tree fertilizer had a hole in it & taped it up so nicely for me! Had she not caught that hole I would have likely lost almost all of the fertilizer on my way out to the car and whatever amount was left would have made a HUGE mess in my car!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM SOOO GRATEFUL TO BOTH GUS AND ALLISON!! TY both for being so CARING AND AMAZING!!!!

Poor service. Sold the product we had already purchased after telling us to wait to have inventory pulled down.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find, employees were friendly.

The store manager Clinton was very helpful and friendly.

There is one gallon of paint I noticed a color difference to my house and wish to exchange. The staff at paint desk is very helpful to address all my concerns. A girl at cashier department is really nice to customers. This store keep me visiting for all my house maintenance needs.

Simply THE BEST employees I have ever encountered! Knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful, and ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into a project right along with their customers. Every time I go in there, I’m treated like some sort of VIP! Just love the service! Great Staff!
