Love shopping at Home Depot because of a variety of items

I have shopped here since the store opened and have always found the employees courteous and helpful, and most of the time, I found what I was looking for.

My husband and I were beginning a major home remodeling project, we specifically went to this location to look at the Lifeproof vinyl flooring and were assisted by an associate named Joanne. She was extremely helpful and kind and helped us to locate everything we needed for this project!! She went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and I would totally recommend seeing her if you have any type of flooring project.

Craig was fantastic. Friendly and very knowledgable. I did run into a young new hire and gave him so advice about good customer service. He appreciated it. Advice being, don't ever say to a customer: I don't know where an item is and just leave them hanging. If you don't know go find someone that does and let the customer know that and always take a customer to the item, don't point or say an isle, half the time their wrong.

I really love the addition of the curb-side pick up. This has made my gardening so much easier, and it helps me not to go inside and get distracted when I have a job to complete.

Bought a garage remote control and end up with a used and worn out product that I have to return to a different Home depot location, not a good experience at all

The store associate at the main entrance located the aisle we needed for our product and then told us it was hard to locate so she escorted us to the exact location and called for extra help on the product. Very satisfying help.

Jennifer from Customer Service was outstanding! I had ordered a patio heater online and the order got cancelled. I had called several other Home Depots (as well as multiple competitors) to find a replacement. No one was able to help me and they were all out. I called and spoke with Jenn she was the most helpful right away. We were both searching online and still having no luck. Amazingly the same day a return of a patio heater came in. Jenn found my number from the call history to tell me one had come in. She saved it for me behind the desk and saved the day!!

Please give Charlize a raise. She did an exceptional job helping me out last night find a few things. The app had misleading info and she helped me sort through it, find the correct product, connect me with the employee that could help me find it and also did the checkout of the product. She had a sense or urgency in making sure I got what I needed and did a great job. Please recognize her in some way because it was the best experience I have had in retail in a long time.
