This is our favorite Home Depot. The employees are friendly and super helpful. The associate Greg was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We found the perfect tool box today.

Overall, this store does a great job with friendly and helpful employees. The only issue I have is I am handicapped. The isles are cluttered and I cannot get the power chair down them or cannot turn out of an isle because there is something stuck there blocking the way. Constantly having to back my way out of areas or cannot access them at all.

I don't get out to the Corridor very often, but when I do I always stop in at the Home Depot. Sometimes I find amazing deals and sometimes I see things that I didn't even know I needed. Lol! The workers are always super sweet and helpful when needed. Also they carry certain things that other places don't and have pretty much better prices also.

I purchased a mower and weed eater last year and they run and perform great

I live closer to the Teays Valley Home Depot, but I drive all the way to the South Charleston one because they go out of their way to help their customers and I really appreciate it.

All employees are so kind and helpful but there is one that works in self checkout that makes my day by just seeing her smiling face. Her name is Lois and she is so kind and helpful! Needs to be let know on daily bases how much she is appreciated or at least a recognition that her hard work is acknowledged

Enjoying seed shopping at Home Depot. At least 3 employees greeted me and asked if I needed help. Home Depot South Charleston such a friendly place to shop.

Just bought flooring from two wonderful employees, around 1300 square feet!

I like this store because of its availability and good service.

I am 74 years old so I can always use help loading my stuff. This year my wife and I reworked a 25 year old deck. We received help from the Charleston store in adding trex railing to our old deck. it changed the look of whole house!

We purchased our front door and received excellent help and advice from Darrel. He went above and beyond on helping us with everything. We still have a frame to install and the storm door. But, the shopping experience was excellent!

When I first moved to Charleston I needed a tool and went to Home Depot to acquire. Your sales assistant was most helpful and, although it was a fairly small need, I never forgot the kindness of that rep. Today I also received what I believe was good advice and instruction on how to use the product that I purchased. Workers like this, including my cashier who found the rep to tell me the advantages of the product I bought, our invaluable.

This store is very well maintained and the staff is friendly. I will definitely shop here again.

I used to shop at the other place but ended up going to home depot because they always had what I needed. And I like their lumber better than the "other place"

As a retired person I very much like doing my home repairs and home improvements. I can get the answers for my questions from the personnel. It is very easy to navigate the store .

I've been at least 50 Home Depot's across the United States, and so far #4802 has been my best experience by far. Not only do the employees approach you to ask if you need help, they walk with you to the items you're looking for, and actually take the time to research and find exactly what you're looking for A+++++++++++

Oh, I had the pleasure today of working with Tim in the paint department. He was so friendly and helpful, explained what paint type I would need best for my project. He recommended supplies. I might need to help make the project go smoother. Even help me carry my stuff to the register, it was a very friendly and enjoyable shopping experience

One of the best HD in the country, have shopped this location on and off for 20 years. Superior service and staff. A few key employees Aaron and Daryl if you see them you cannot go wrong with their expertise and professionalism. They have always been consistent over the years and seeing familiar faces makes a difference.

I visited here on 4/13/23 and the store was a mess, carts sitting in the way and you could not get through the aisles. The employees are not rude...they just ignore you all together. I encountered 8 employees, 1 spoke in passing, 2 of them were on their phones obviously on personal calls, 1 blocked the aisle pulling an order and never offered to move or give assistance and the cashier sounded like an automated message.

The lady in self checkout was super. I was there around 3:43 according 2 receipt.

I must say the staff here were so helpful and Matt in the paint department really helped make my shopping experience stress free
