The store was very neat, clean and very organized with ample room to move around. The plant department was awesome and the flooring associate was very friendly, nice, and very, very helpful.

Great Store-Helpful employees!

Kudos to Home Depot for staffing its appliance department with all women! It was so refreshing to speak to someone who actually uses the appliances to help chose between models.

Was my 1st time at Home Depot and I was impressed first with the employees willing to offer unsolicited assistance and second with their knowledge of their products, even outside of their area.

Second time in a week, the employees don't appreciate their customers. They would rather avoid them and go about their personal business.

Shopping for a refrigerator. The whole process took only 15minutes. Very friendly and helpful. Just like the commercials. You have some great experienced people working there. My husband bought tools there at another time and they were very helpful also. Thank You.

Good customer service overall, super clean restrooms, well built with materials we could buy from Home Depot. Only con is that boards are not very straight, you need to look through a whole pile to find a few straight ones.

I would highly recommend Home Depot for any appliance purchase. The customer service from, Karen Tabor-Morrow, was outstanding! She made the time and provided information for us to decide what was right for us.

Bought a stove. Karen provided most of the help to us; however, both Karen and Dom were excellent, not only willing to help, but actually wanted to help us make the right choice. ... Plus the price was a good one on the stove we purchased. Would definitely seek their assistance again.

The sales person in the appliance department was a joy!.....she made spending $2800.00 for a refrigerator, hurt a little less...lol.....seriously, I felt as if I was buying a refrigerator from a close friends aunt, at a holiday dinner.... more stores need sales associates like her....KAREN TABOR-MORROW..... if you need an appliance, give her a shot, she won't disappoint!

We have bought a lot of things at this Home Depot.Everyone is friendly and helpful.We met a wonderful associate named Karen Tabor-Morrow.If you need assistance ask for Karen she is usually found back in the cabinets but will help you with any dept.!!!

If your into a plumbing job Home Depot has the best supply of Shark Bite fittings in the Kanawha Valley. Always friendly service. Very clean well Stocked and easy to find. Thanks Home Depot!

Recently purchased a new washing machine. Staff was helpful but not pushy. Delivery was timely and free.

I Have been remodeling my house and I will be the first to admit I have little to no idea what I'm doing in the construction world and I am inclined to buy an extra can of spray paint or an extra piece of molding and it is simply due to the fact that it takes a lot of time and energy to stop a project go to the store and return and continue the work with equal to more excitement and attention to detail, and I will not bash other similar companies by naming them but when I have returned items they were rude and insinuative that I am merely trying to get the money as if I never really wanted it for some reason, and I always have my receipt and bottom line it doesn't matter what or why I have decided to return the product as long as it as I bought it or someone else had bought it in the same condition i have every right to return a item anytime for any reason but yet I dread to do it because of the nonsense I just mentioned, but this morning something totally uncharacteristic happened and I forgot the couple receipts for approximately 14 items 8 of one thing and 6 different ones but I didn't realize it til I arrived I thought I should go home and get them but I thought I was just gonna use this particular refund for other things that I needed to get from home depot so I took a shot and the gentleman that was working in customer service named James handled my situation with the utmost respect and importance and for a rare time I had a complete different feeling leaving the return department, thanks for your professionalism James
