I went to this store on Sunday looking for a bag of wild birdseed. I could not find the product. I roamed 40% of the store looking for a clerk. When I finally found one he did not make eye contact or stop walking. I asked where the birdseed was. He pointed and said, “Over there,” as he walked away. I bought a 40 lb bag of birdseed. It was a good price. When I got it home and opened it…it was moldy, dusty, and crawling with black bugs. It was disgusting and obviously old. I will return it this week and never shop at this store again. I will try a different store before I give up all together.

I know it is challenging for stores to maintain shelf inventory, this store seems to handle it pretty darn well. Even when I cannot find an item, it is usually there the next day...

Ordered flooring, received messages from Home Depot that order was in, called numerous times before actually got Human to speak to, said order was not in, called again and was told it was on but not unloaded yet, Turned out, my order had been sent to wrong store and no one bothered to look, even the manager we turned to for help, who instead was rude and insulting. Nightmare. Avoiding this store even though it’s convenient. I know others who had similarly bad experiences at this store

We were very frustrated as we visited 2 stores prior to coming to this Home Depot where we met Cheryl who took care of our need for a washer and gas dryer and getting it at a great price and delivered w/i 5 days. She was AWESOME!!!

Ask Zach in paint department. Very knowledable. I don't like filling out surveys, so you must know how good he is

I've always loved going to Home Depot. They are always helpful there. In the 25 or so years I've been going there I've only experienced one bad attitude and he was gone the next time I came back. That tells me that Home Depot does not tolerate treating their customers with the utmost care.

I came to return an item and pick up some lumber. The return cashier was fast and courteous. I was able to find just what I was looking for in lumber and the checkout cashier was just as fast as she kept the line moving and just as couteous.

They seem to have staff that not only do their job, they know about the depts they work in.

When you get to a cashier, are greeted politely, and receive extremely assistance, this is where I would recommend to anyone.

The appliance specialist who assisted us was very friendly.

If you need building materials or roofing, make sure you deal with the contracting desk and NOT the help desk.

I often shop at this store due to the availability and variety of products in stock. The associates that I have met are very courteous and welcoming. For instance, I needed some wall cabinets that was blocked by a pallet of doors, so I talked to the associate in windows and doors section and he was more than happy to move the pallet. He even asked if I needed any further help. While this was a pleasant experience as I proceeded to the Pro checkout, the cashier named Robert was more than welcoming with getting my materials checked out. He was very friendly and even asked if I needed help adjusting material on my cart prior to my departure! He truly took my interest into account! Great store with great service!

Recent multiple visits where it was clearly obvious/experienced that all staff encountered, not just one or two were very friendly and helpful. We have used this store since 1998 and in those early years it was like it is now.Way better than a only a few years ago.

Purchased a Whirlpool Dishwasher. Although it wasn’t in the store,store associate Cassandra took great care of me. I sincerely appreciate her help.

Perry , Cassandra and Archie all went above and beyond with helping me locate, obtain and load my very hard to find vanity cabinet. I had searched online and in person several stores hoping to find this particular one. When I couldn't locate it myself Perry arrived and with Cassandra help located the vanity in over head storage. Perry retrieved the heavy 48 in combo box by himself from high above the floor and did so in a timely manner. I'm most grateful to them and wish they be rewarded for their above and beyond loyalty.

No more cashiers. The new military discount program bites. Greed of the shareholders strikes again. Hardly any people in the store to help you. No little screens on poles are going to help.

We had the privilege of working with Jason to get our new granite countertops ordered. He was so knowledgeable and helpful! He did not push to sell us on anything we didn’t want or need. Absolutely recommend working with him in the future. We cannot wait for our project to be completed!

In order to get the military discount you MUST have a Smart Phone. There is no other way to get the discount now, and HD employees will not assist you.

Offered help immediately after entering the store. Clerk was very knowledgeable about product location and gave excellent details on selection!

Paint dept staff not there to provide customer service
