Every time I shop here I am amazed by the selection,easy to find items and very friendly employees.

Every time I go here I am ignored by every employee, it's both rude and weird.

Product availability is outstanding. That is why there is a line of contractors every morning!

The staff was really great. Very helpful. Would’ve given 5 stars but when I went I came to purchase lumber for a house project. The wood was fine but they were 16’ 2x10” and I didn’t have a long enough vehicle. I planned to get some cuts done there with the miter saw most Home Depot’s have. They had one, but it was out of order. That blew my mind seeing as that Home Depot sells a variety of these saws. Then when I asked an associate he said it had been down for over a month. I screamed in a stupendous mix of laughter and disbelief “WHAAAT?!?!” Because ya know. They sell saws. How??? How could it be out of order for over a month?!?! Lol, still good experience, got the lumber home. Finished my floating bed frame.

This location always strives to meet our business needs.

HD has a great offering of in-stock items and decent prices too.

Horrible customer service and rude. Customer service cashiers are not willing to help won’t even get a manager, lies who the manager is and tells me to go to another Home Depot if I have a problem with her

I came in for some wood products and needed them cut to order. DeShawn helped me with great customer service and pleasant to talk to. Very pleased with service.

Dan at the Chesterfield store was very helpful in our selection of appliances, cabinets, countertops, etc.

The Chesterfield, MI. store is very efficient, clean, well stocked and friendly. It is a pleasure to spend money there, and I can't say that about many places nowadays.

Roger in Appliances at Chesterfield was wonderful and provided outstanding customer service by fully explaining the purchase and delivery process and the warranty and protection plan. He took his time making sure I completely understood. I’m grateful. Hard to find this level of customer service today.

Kathleen was an awesome cashier! She demonstrated how I could use the products I bought best at home and offered great tips! Added such value to my trip! :)

There are many conveniences for this store, it is closer, has great parking and curbside for loading, excellent pricing, excellent availability, and great staff to make things easier, quicker and more enjoyable. I recommend this store for general merchandise, tools, appliances, and building materials. They have the install tools also to make the job go easier without extra running around.

The employees are always friendly and happy to help. Consistantly have what i'm looking for!

I’d like to personally thank the employees that helped me 5/28/22 at the chesterfield Home Depot. Kisha was the best , she worked so hard at trying to find me what I needed. She stuck with me even though I was so unsure of what I wanted. Kisha followed through to the end for me and I came away completely satisfied. I’d also like to thank Cynthia and Jamie. Without their help I never would have gotten it in my truck. You guys are great!

He was helpful, informative, very polite and courteous. My project was replacing my sump pump.

She was very pleasant as we checked out. Nice to see that she was so helpful and greeted us as we approached her register.

Manager Kevin H was rude and impatient. He did not appear to have a very good knowledge of the computer system in use at the store.

I have to recommend this Home Depot store. It has incredible service support. Dave, back in cabinets went out of his way to help us, both with cabinets and closet doors.
