This store is very clean and employees were very helpful

I do not usually write reviews, but the service at this Home Depot store was exceptional. I made 3 visits in the past 2 weeks and found EVERYTHING I needed each time. In today's world, with the "low"work ethic in many businesses, this store is changing that, and has outstanding workers. Employees did not wait for me to ask, they asked me if I needed help. They also stayed with me through the entire visit. I am no one "special", but they certainly treated me as if I was! Thank you Home Depot.

The associates were very helpful. The bathroom was clean and the store had the product I was looking to purchase.

Chesterfield Home Depot custom service were exceptional today! Friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in asked a question about toilets, pointed in the right direction and offered a hand getting it in my car.

I shop this store as it's very close by. The service is great & plenty of products to choose from.

This is a great store that is loaded with actively knowledgeable staff who are always helpful, but never pushy. Nearly everyone of them I pass will ask, “Are you finding everything you are looking for?” Even better, if I buy a product, they will offer suggestions to ensure I have not forgotten anything. If I buy plaster, they will ask if I need tape, trowel or sponges. If I buy paint, they ask if I need drop cloths, masking tape or brushes. Everyone we encounter warmly greets my children to the point they will remember and tell Mom about it if she was not with us (she sometimes stays home to help prepare the project). Great crew and because of them, one of the very few stores I actually look forward to visiting!

Home depot on M59 was a mad house! Stock was scary, but not horrible!

The store in Chesterfield offers a pleasant shopping experience. There isn't always someone available in the aisle you're in, but the willingness to address that makes up for that. The store is usually stocked well. I rarely run into products being sold out. The service desks are good too. Returning items is hardly ever a problem and the guys at rental are always ready to help find the tool I'm looking for.

I was just really impressed with the guy in the plumbing dept. who came over even though I didn't summon him to see if I needed any help, and spent the next several minutes helping me find parts and also offered advice about the project I had at home.
