The cashiers were very friendly but the customer service chick Morgan was very rude and mostly sat on her phone. I love this store but the customer service really needs to be better. Thank You to all the cashiers who have been so friendly and sweet to me!

Stopped in to buy a fridge and walked out a satisfied customer. Was looking for a new fridge and was torn between two different models. Kathleen went out of her way to help me even explaining the differences in the ones i was looking at. Overall a good experience

The prices at the Home Depot are always competitive. We find that appliance prices are especially the lowest we find. Our Chesterfield store is always well stocked and there is a wide selection of products available. Kathleen in the appliance department was very friendly and helpful when we purchased our new washing machine. Not at all pushy, and very honest about different features that helped us make a decision on which machine better suited our needs.

The employes were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The store was clean and I was directed to the items I was in need as soon as I inquired about them. I will definitely be returning to this location.

iam a veteran and in this times money is almost everything, I like the idea of going to a Home depot especially this one its has every thing i need the prices are okay and they do not give me a hard time when i use my military card god bless.

Great store, helpful employees

helpful with plumbing questions, and had what I needed in stock.

I was overcharged for an item (charged 2 times for 1 item). After I noticed the issue, I called the store and was told that I would need to make a return trip to receive a "refund" for the overcharge. Via phone, the associate advised there was no other possible recourse. I find this to be extremely frustrating and will no longer patronize this Home Depot or any other location.

I love this home depot location, I've been to many and the employees here are so friendly and helpful. I ordered granite and cabinets and couldn't be happier with my experience. Go see Dan!

This is a good neighborhood hardware store. You can find most items here. I only give it 3 stars instead of 4 because: 1. The store can be cluttered at times and sometimes it feels empty to the point where I have to go to the "blue box" to find what I need. 2. It can be hard to find assistance. 3. The service desk can have long waiting lines. Returns are often taking up so much of the employees' time that it becomes hard to ask a question.

The employees are very helpful and friendly. However, there are not enough employees to assist the number of shoppers needing assistance. I patiently waited for 40 minutes for an employee to assist me with my purchase. I ended up spending over $8000.00. John Murry assisted me with my purchase in the appliance department and he was AWESOME! Just wish they had more help to assist customers so the wait doesn't have to be so long.

This store has a great paint department. For years the employees are always knowable and helpful in helping me complete my paint projects.
