This store excels in customer service. There's always an Associate nearby who is friendly and willing to help. Usually they approach me to offer assistance. I love shopping here.

All of the store employees are like family, they take care of each other and take care of us too. I have been going to this store for over six years and can tell you that I drive further to go to the Clay store rather than the Cicero store which is much closer to me than the Clay store, but I would not have it any other way. Everything from Angel who goes out of her way to make sure I get the best prices for my projects for our HDX referral clients and make sure that if the lines get long at #1 and #2 she steps in to help, and Tom who has an extended amount of wisdom about almost anything in the store. The lumber area looks great every morning and Ken is always there to help, as well as Ben in plumbing, who has been known to get me the right fitting even if its not easy to find! I only have two complaints, do something about the coffee trolls and also do something about the non-Pros taking up all of the space under the canopy when its obvious they are not picking up anything large to be put on their mini van without a roof rack, or the driver of the PT Cruiser who came in to but a gallon of paint I understand there are times when it is difficult to tell someone this, but we sign up as Pros and one of these benefits is gaining access to the rear door for loading our trucks and/or trailers. BUT, if you only do one thisn, do something about the coffee trolls......please!

Ken G took the time to understand our needs and explored options with us. The store manager, Chris, even consulted with us to make sure we were happy! We will definitely be returning to the Clay store for all of our flooring needs!

The management does not care about correcting issues their team creates and they are not true to their word.

The customer service at this home improvement store are beyond excellent! EVERY employee was quick to greet me with a warm welcome and offer their assistance. I'll never go to any other home improvement store!

I am a Pro Referral contractor and I visit the Clay store even if our customer lives near the Cicero store, there is ZERO comparison between these two stores, most notably Angel, Tom, Ken, Shirley, Stephanie, Lew who are always friendly and helpful, a real family environment!

Returning a 2 year old hot water tank and getting the new one was easily accomplished. A big thank you to Kristine for her guidance through the transaction and getting us on our way in a short period.

I used the automated machine to find the key I needed (blank 24) there were non available. I asked an associate who said they were on a high shelf out of reach and a rep would be by to get them down. 15mins later no one came. I used a similar key blank the 24R to make a key. As I was doing this an employee came by yelling at me that I can't do that. As it was already being cut I could of cared less what she thought and the machine is automated and couldn't be stopped anyway. Then the employee stalked me around the store like I was a criminal. My feeling is if your employees do there job, the customers won't have to. I had an extremely bad experience at this Home Depot location. Avoid it if ever possible.

Your store is very organized and clean. Your associates are helpful, courteous and friendly. I have never had a bad experience. When i can not find plumbing supplies, or certain nail your associates take me right to the correct location. This saves me time for they show me how knowledgeable they are and how well they assist us.

EMPLOYEES COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. STORE WAS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED. HAD THE EXACT WOOD MOLDING THAT I NEEDED.

Home Depot, with other options nearby is the best option for customer service (Brandi) as well as providing the best cost effective option for the job! Thank you. Don't understand why anyone would go to other options nearby! Thanks!

Home Depot is my place to shop when I am looking for home products. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and always has what I need.
