Came and purchased the mower I wanted at a great price and easy application for their credit card and saved 50 dollars great service by staff will definitely be coming back more often.

Bought a new refrigerator got it home display does not work on it the store cannot help me I have to wait for somebody to call me back very frustrating just spend $2500 and have component that doesn’t work and not be able to speak to somebody regarding this or have no answers from the store

Met the area sales manager from Tuffshed who assisted with our purchase and the store manager was very accommodating. Overall a great store and friendly staff.

I have been shopping at home depot for years. Moved to Florida from California and really like the Clearwater store. People are friendly and helpful and will get someont to help you if they do not handle the area you need help with.

I’m talking about an older gentleman Mike who can’t answer a simple question about spray paint without being rude about it. I understand it’s retail and you deal with many customers but if you can’t balance 2 customers asking simple questions about spray paint maybe you should not be working in customer service.

I ordered a water heater that morning, and by 6 PM I had a new unit. The subcontractor technician from Delta Mechanical was incredible. I highly, highly, recommend this guy.

Needed a new oven - was able to find what we wanted and had it ordered and paid for in less than 30 minutes! Great customer service rep!

A very very good store

I used to shop this location all the time. Then I moved so was visiting the one about half a mile from me. Since I was in the area, and looking for a light fixture, I stopped here. WOW! I had almost forgotten how well they treated their customers at this location. I will be making the drive going forward to the Clearwater location. Customer service is everything.

I purchased all the material I needed to have a room renovated, and outdoor plants and mulch. I'm glad I found everything that I needed at one store.

The employees. Kara, Nevin, and Michelle came to my rescue when I had issues with a purchase...as in it wouldn't fit in my car! Already stressed with packing and prepping to move, I was in a jam and they offered solutions and were just amazing. It was also great to see how well they worked with one another! I need to also commend Pamela with assisted with the checkout and solved another potential problem. These are the people you want on the face of your business!

Jim Giles, the flooring specialist at Clearwater, FL Gulf to Bay store was extremely helpful. He guided me through the options to achieve what I wanted at the least cost. He has great product knowledge and explained things in terms I could understand.

I just purchased a refrigerator and the sales representative ( Shiloh McCoy) was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through choosing what best fits my needs.

some smaller home depots might not have the luxury of space as this one. worth the trip

I just wrote a long summary regarding a $511 purchase I did with home depo a moment ago

I had several employees ask if I needed help. One was kind enough to speak with my handyman on my phone, to make sure I found the necessary parts that were needed to complete the job. In another aisle an employee found her manager to assist me in cutting some lengths of heavy chain links. Kudos to Home Depot!

Rude cashier at self checkout. Not a single hello how are you nothing.

The plywood needed to be specially cut for my aquarium table.

I wanted to get hardwood flooring done in my two bedrooms in my home and Brandon in the flooring department was beyond helpful and friendly. He took his time in answering my questions and getting things done. They came out and had it all done within two days. The floors look amazing!! If I need anything else done, I will be going back to Home Depot!
