I just wanted to say that I had a fantastic experience at this Home Depot I dealt with a gentleman named Clifford and he went above and beyond to help me out and make sure that I was taken care of not only walk me to the location of the product that I was looking for but actually helped me with a total experience. Super job Clifford.

Good store but a recent employee had no idea what a hasp was after describing it to him he took me to the area where the padlocks were and it wasn’t there and then after about 10 minutes of talking back-and-forth he left so I did find it in bins to buy single item and it’s a good thing I knew!!! You need to give them a lesson so they can help customers accurately

Miguel in the tool section was very helpful in finding a tool chest combo for me that I have been looking to purchase for quite some time. Although the product was showing "not in stock" online, Miguel reduced the price to match the online price. Job well done!

Went into the store looking for items on a kitchen project, Jenna, in appliances, answered my questions, helped me determine the item I was looking at would work for my situation, and then assisted me with a future project I will be addressing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be looking for her personally when I return for my next appliance project.

I got exactly what I was looking for when I came into Home Depot. A willing staff member was VERY helpful to me with getting it.

I went for plumbing help. Frank was an exceptional help to me. I had no clue what I really needed. He found the item needed and measured to make sure it was correct. I was very pleased with his attitude, kindness and helpfulness. He is an asset to your company. I can't thank him enough.

My only beef is that if they were truly concerned about safety during covid, they would implement contactless pay like most other major retailers.
