Great place to find everything you need, as long as you don’t need help from employees, they don’t seem to care if you need help, they stand at customer service chit chatting with each other ignore you standing there when you tell them you need help in an department they say we’ll call someone, no one shows up after 15 minutes waiting an employee walked past when I asked him the question he said “ I don’t work in this department “ and walked away! Employees must not care as long as they’re collecting that pay check

I spoke to two associates & SEAN in the paint department & EDDIE in the building department. SEAN explained the mistake I was going to make & referred me to EDDIE in the building dept. He was patient enough to listen to my problem during a busy time & REALLY help me zero in on a solution to my problem with a product I had NO IDEA EXISTED. EXTREMELY SATISFIED with BOTH gentlemen!!!!

Deborah in Customer Service made my visit to the Clearwater location much more enjoyable. She is a great example of someone caring about the customer and their situation. She was efficient, respectful and valued my business.

We wanted to purchase some carpet off a roll and the sales person was the most disagreeable person I have ever had to deal with at Home Depot. He needs to loose a few ata-boy badges off his apron.

I had questions when I was shopping in the lumber department, the paint department and the tools department. There was always someone around to help! Much better than what I remember in the past.

This particular Home Depot is always my "go to" store for projects, especially in the Garden Department. My recent trip met all of my expectations and then some! Left very happy and of course, I'll be back!!

Recently had 50% of my house flooring installed. The guys at flooring were attentive and responsive. Didnt try selling me something I didnt want. Placed my order after the measurement, was delivered and installed. Had one issue which was professionally and immediately handled by Richard at Customer service. The people working there are all attentive and polite. They know what their job is, and they do it well. Its no wonder it is such a busy store!

Remodeling/renovations for the past year, Clearwater Home Depot #6357 has always provided me with exceptional customer service.

I waited for 25 minutes to get plywood cut. I asked about 4 associates and all of them said they couldn’t do it. When an associate finally showed up, he said any of them could have done it. They seemed more interested in riding on their fork lifts than in helping customers. This was at 8:15 am.

As soon as you pull in the parking lot someone asked if they could help us..you can actually talk to someone one that has knowledge about what you're buying..and not trying to hide or send you to someone else..I highly recommend this store and Home Depot in general they still care and understand customer service

These Filters always do a great job and are always a great price and instock.

My wife and I were looking for replacement tile for our outside patio table and were were looking for tiles smaller then 12 inches. The worker at Home Deport explained that they make some which are smaller the 12 inches and directed us to where to locate them. The nine tiles we purchased were the right size and we were pleased.

We enjoyed working with the sales people in this store. The store manager Kelvin and assistant Ann have been especially pleasant to communicate with. The sales people in this store are friendly and knowledgeable so I give them 5 stars for the good feelings they left me with.

Siobhan was very helpful in the kitchen counter department area. I bought a granite countertop and opened a HD credit card with her. Hope the counter works out as well as I expect, to date it is not delivered yet.

I had a great staff experience at this Home Depot. Even though I don't like the configuration of the parking lot, it's the only thing I didn't like about this location and I recommend anyone that needs help can find it here.

in store employees are very nice and helpful. Delivery drivers and people who put things together need to both speak and understand English very well not just a tiny bit

I really did love it I had trouble finding the cables but I did I just want more cheaters hot fries in stock and it’s a amazing price

I needed products from the PAINT dept. and everyone who worked there was so kind and helpful, I'm a new DIYer and I've been doing little projects and for my next project I needed a few things that I couldn't find and everywhere I turned there was someone there to help me!

I came for three items - but MAINLY one item. One associate took me to the area, and then the associate in electrical helped me till I found what I needed. Then he took me to two other areas of the store to find other things I needed. I felt really personally helped and serviced. Thank you!

Got great customer service from the Kitchen Appliance section. I also got great customer service from the manager and the outdoor furniture section.

Usual line at self checkouts and my machine did not work well. Employee even had a hard time with it
