Great customer services

Cashier Kylie was very helpful from time i walked into store. She is very profesional and asked for assistance to help me load up. Robert Salazar assisted me loading up my material. He was very polite.

Every time I enter the store I am greeted by an employee asking if they can help me find what I’m looking for, the store is clean and I am generally happy every time I go there.

Very disappointed we came to get hard wood flooring and there was none on the floor so they need to grab some from the back and because they had to move things around and it was far back they didn’t want to get it for us. So now we can’t finish our project until they feel like getting it from the back.

GREAT STAFF AND HELPFUL IN EVERY WAY

I bought a pair of stacking washer & dryer on 4-1121. We told the girl helping us that it would probably need a stacking kit. She told us no it didn't . of course we took her word for it and we were wrong in doing so. On 4-16-they called to come and deliver our set. I made sure to tell the delivery guy that this was going to be a stackable set and he raised his voice and said no this is not a stackable washer and dryer. I told him it was because I know what I ordered and paid for. He said he would call me back and let me know if he would be delivering . a few minutes later some lady called and said they would have to order the stacking kit. The one we told the girl it might need and she said no it didn't. Anyway now we have to wait another 2 weeks 5-8 .I hope nothing goes wrong on this delivery . I'm not sure what the problem is but they need to be more professional. Make sure you question everything that is going to be delivered.

This store and its employees have come a long way in improving the in store customer experience. They now talk to customers. More ask if they can help and some like Mandy make the experience highly professional. I have avoided in store shopping at this store in the past. Have enjoyed and highly recommend their on line website. Home Depot gets the whole on line experience right. Will visit the store more given my recent experience.

Cashiers Julian & Nichole were discussing Nichole's calls to Julian's cell phone, which Julians Girlfriend does not approve of. Nichole asked Julian if his Girlfriend goes through his cell phone & that is when Julian finally acknowledge us attempting to make a return & competed our return.

I HAVE BEEN TREATED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BY THIS STORE. I AM STARTING TO THINK THAT MY RACE IS A FACTOR. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU CAN TAKE MY MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO? ALL I HAVE GOTTEN FROM THIS STORE IS A BUNCH OF LIES! I LEARNED MY LESSON. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANYONE OF YOUR STORES AGAIN. I AM ALSO GOING TO CONTACT THE (BBB) AND LET THEM KNOW ABOUT HOW I WAS TREATED.

Marci Kipper and Pam at the Clovis CA Home Depot went out of their way to clear loads of product in order to bring down a palette of mountain gravel on a upper shelf. They both went above and beyond their duty. I even decided to buy five extra bags because they went through so much trouble to get me the gravel. Thank you Home Depot for hiring good hard working people like Marci and Pam.

Store was clean and seemed to be well staffed. I was able to et what I needed quickly and with assistance when needed.

I prefer this home depot over the one that is closer to me. This store is very clean and organized. The associates are friendly and awesome. Especially our cashier Maribel. She loved my dog bronco. She gave him so much love and respect.

If you are looking for a store that ignores you, puts zero effort in and makes shopping incredibly difficult then this is your place!

Very friendly people, I’m an older gentleman and I’m not too mobile as I used to be. I asked julio for some help loading Sheetrock onto my cart and he helped me as well as with getting someone to load it into my truck, wish I could’ve took them home too haha.

This store has the most reliable stock and products I've ever seen... Im so glad their apart of the Clovis community...
