This is my go to store . I'm in there 3-4 times a day when i have a job going

Store did not want to price match it's own online item. It was not on sale nor a discount item. I was told that it is Home Depots policy to not price match it's own online prices. I had just purchased the same item at another HD without issue.. Safety, both the Hanford and Selma stores have sanitized baskets ready to go and this store does not. Isles are so narrow that you have to move your cart over if someone wants by. Same problem with the main run from garden to lumber

You have a very knowledgeable employee in the plumbing department. Dave short white guy with short hair. Very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for us.

Great location. Everything you are looking for, for most home repairs, is probably available here.

Friendly and helpful workers at this location if compared to other stores. A good management makes happy team. Highly recommended!

Have better wait times in rental department

Customer service here is just the worst. Never can get anyone to help you without have to chase them down. Just today 10/3/21 around 5pm went to order paint had to chase a gentleman down. Got it ordered he told me 10 mins. I came back and a lady Kayla was just standing there and I just asked her if my order was ready she said very rudely “if you don’t see it here then obviously it’s not ready” all I said was okay and waited. When it was ready she just threw in on the table and push it towards me and walked to her coworker with her and said “ugh I can just stab someone” I was shocked and couldn’t believe what she just said. It’s very unprofessional. Home Depot you need to fix your customer service issue I get that some people have bad days but Kayla didn’t need to be rude over a simple question and then state she wants to stab someone.

Appliance Employees are inadequately trained and management needs to do a better job at informing staff what can and cannot be done within the parameters of appliance purchases. Very upset and inconvenienced by the whole experience.

Very organized store. All items i look for are on the aisle number and aisle number location which makes finding the item i am there for so quick and easy.

The lady who helped us was rude. She didn't even let us finish talking what we wanted. She just answered with attitude, high tone, then walked away. Please help us understand if you were busy. Don't just yelled at us. If you hate your job, I suggest you not to take on your customers. It was such a shame and very unprofessional! She was caucasian/hispanic, not skinny, about 20" dark blonde or light brown curly hair. I have never had such bad service from a store. SHAME!

Very nice cashiers had a dude julian give me a discount on a broken garden holder , very friendly took care of me, didn’t see any Labor Day sales but still very cool store my kids loved the Halloween decorAtions

I'd highly recommend avoiding the appliance department at this store. I spent over 1 hour trying to get a couple of questions answered and make a purchase. Clerks were talking (no social distancing) about their break time. Sales clerk was completely disinterested, suggested I buy online. I found the set (washer/dryer) that I wanted while they were chatting. It was on sale, not in stock except for floor display so she did the paperwork, still talking. Street name was spelled wrong on invoice, my phone number was not entered so the order did not appear on my Home Depot profile. Duplicate entries for installation, hoses, duct and cord totalled $105.24 in overcharges.

Very friendly staf crystal in hardware is very sweet and friendly , also cashier julian was outgoing and very fast didn’t have to wait in line for longer then 2 mins!

The store was clean and neat. Every worker wearing their mask. Except that I seen some costumers not wearing their mask. The sales cashier Cheryl was nice very and respectful.

If you don't care for the bad customer service that most of the young female associates behave here (sounds funny but true!), they have a variety of products and the store is clean.

It was easy to recieve assistance..Tyler saw my needs and offered to help with a smile! When I went up to make my purchase the young lady at counter..took my products and knew these were special..for my elderly mother. I am impressed with these two young adults..impressed with their knowledge and needs of their customers. That's what makes a difference..everyday changes..and these two are great.

Misleading, lying, Employees do not know whats in stock

Two days before I was supposed to have 4 new appliances delivered I was called by customer service who said something on their end had gone wrong with my order and they were cancelling it and refunding my Home Depot CC. I stated I still wanted the items and then was told she couldn't give me sale prices. After she talked to a manager they were able to give me the prices but now backed up my delivery date a month. Very unhappy with whole situation.

Even considering the line outside, the customer service was top notch ... a friendly smile here and there or a nod of acknowledgement with a request for needs from nearly every aisle... it was a quick, enjoyable trip for a truckload of garden needs and Carlos’ attentive professional candor got the job done perfectly. The Clovis Home Depot makes my chores so much easier and their great attitude sure helps my day run smoother

Almost always have what I need or something that will work. Conveniently located. Great store policies. Usually stocked, clean, and organized. Today I had the friendliest cashier I’ve met in a while also. Bonus! Kudos to Diana S.
