The store was really busy today. Lots of people trying to get things for their home to fix them up some. I was there for the same reason. I was lucky enough to have 3 of the very best helpers in the store. Josh in the lumber dept. helped me so much and loaded my car too Bruce, in the flooring dept. was another great helper. He was on his hands and knees helping me get things that were on the floor, he loaded my cart that he went and got for me and my things and took it up front. Sebastian in flooring helped me with my tile order and managed to get me enough to do my living room and hallway. between him and Bruce the helped me out so much. Bruce took me to lumber where I met Josh and he loaded me up with 13 sheets of sub flooring wood and screws, nails and everything else I bought he loaded my car by himself. I had a great day At the Clovis Home Depot Store. It's a pleasure shopping here at this location

I would recommend this store to everyone in need of some hardware or anything to help u with your project and especially! If u get helped by Maria she is so lovely and full of energy makes u feel right at home goes above and beyond to make sure u leave with a smile whether it’s complimenting you or telling u a joke

Very organized store had everything I needed, associates are very nice 2 me, the cashier julien went out of his way and helped me get my red bricks and also ran to get me a Clorox bottle someone stole out of my cart hahah

Seriously, I know I'm in the store in the evening and not as many people are buying their project supplies for the day, but have enough employees around to help customers. I wasted so much time walking in circles to find light bulbs and a shower head and all I needed was to ask some directions. I looked into the face of two employees walking by and stopped pushing my cart. They couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me. I get it, you're busy... but I am here to spend money after all.

Clean store and the person helping us ,KAREN by name, was quite helpful

Diane Santiago was very helpful and very kind to me and my family. She was also very informative about the items I was looking for.

We bought a true fixer upper. At this location AT LEAST 2 times a week. Friendly staff, good prices and a variety of items.

great people here at the Clovis store. if its out of stock on the shelf, they will find the backstock and make sure you get just what your looking for.

I went to this store to try and fix an ice maker line. The part I bought ended up being defective, but I didn't know that at the time. I came back 2 or 3 times over 2 hours and Bruce in the plumbing dept gave me smile, looked at my defective piece, and found one to fix my line. He even spent 15 mins of his time to attach it for me since I was so frustrated. The cashier Sam that exchanged the pieces was so happy to fix the issue and take care of it I just couldn't believe it. She smiled and was so friendly she really made a big difference in my mood. I am so happy there are people willing to help others and not treat their customers like an interruption, but be kind and humble to their needs. Thank you Home Depot!

Staff is always rude at this location. I’ve been known to ask for help from every employee I can find for over and hour before just giving up and going else where. Tonight the staff ignored my husband and I and flat out told us they didn’t have time to check us out (store was basically empty with no lines) and to check ourselves out.

Was having trouble at self checkout til julian walked by and asked if I need help, he inserted the card for me and it suddenly worked! He must have the magic touch haha very kind guy

My last trip to this store was positive. They had what I was looking for, and had a great selection. Staffing seemed a little low, but I'm not used to going during the day, so maybe it was me.
