My husband and I were shopping for countertops after needing to return some that we had purchased earlier. Gary was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and we were able to leave the store with everything that we needed to complete our project.

We purchased a kitchen hood and few months ago, I love it. Stainless steel. Then bought a carpet for our front room. Now I purchased a patio set and Home Depot will delivery it for us.

Just bought a bunch of new plants for my property and they are all looking fantastic!

I was looking forward to my next project until I went to Home Depot, CDA. The employee in the pain department literally ignored me, and then saw one of his friends, called him over and began a personal conversation with "Hey you're not as dumb as you look." Ignored, I went to find what I needed on my own - just not a good experience there which occasionally happens, but this time was just worse.

a older store employee loaded several heavy bricks into my suv. This was especially helpful due to my handicapp.

Every employee was ehlpful and went above and beyonnd to help us.

I often need unique and different things, for creative ideas. I was struggling with an request trying to find which isle it was on and the employees where doing their utmost and very well too, but just couldn't find the whereabouts and the assistant manager came by and he stopped very graciously and explained all about what I was describing then proceeded to show me which isle and was so patient and kind I felt like a queen and most all of my memories of shopping encounters at 1803 have been this way as well It is so o great a place to go.

Employees who go above & beyond are rare! Both employees I interacted with did just that!

Be aware if you are planning to use their wood cutting service in their lumber yard. We shop at Home Depot a lot. We needed 2 sheets of plywood for a project and chose Home Depot because of their large saw that can cut sheet of plywood. This is a service they offer customers. When we asked them to cut 7 inches off each sheet of plywood, we were told they cannot cut anything under 12". There is no sign indicating this "policy." Why offer a service if customers can't utilize it?

I won’t mention names, but I will just say Ms. A was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in helping me locate product that was not an in-store item for my construction of a greenhouse. It was a special order item, and she went the extra mile to locate the product that I needed for the specifications of my building design, and she quickly followed up with a quote. It’s nice to be greeted by friendly people over the phone that are super helpful and she was all that and more! People like this make the customer feel welcome, and keep us coming back! A+++

Had a problem with the military discount program because I don't have a "smart phone". Took a few weeks......but with the help of Gwen...at store #1803, she was able to help me resolve the problem. Gwen is a "sweetheart". So any veterans out there, see Gwen.....an "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON" !!!! Thank You.....Gwen !!

employees have been very helpful and I am so glad hey blocked off the loading zone so jerks stop parking there and really like the loading zone attendent!

I had two fans and went to the pro desk as I wanted to have install set up, a blonde cashier on 1 ignored me. Nate walked by and asked if I needed help, I told him and he said the pro desk was closed on weekends so go to a cashier so I went to Lucy. She was new (2 days) and called Levi over he said go to customer service, ugh! When I got there it was four employees standing around, this curly red head who’s name tag I could not see got loud and rude with me when I explained saying what I needed she says they don’t do install’s and I said yes you do, she kept running her mouth so I told Levi I wasn’t buying the fans nor putting them back and he put them into another cart. I continued to self check out for my other items and cashier Karen was pleasant and helpful, which I needed as I was irritated by this point. Customer service should be number one, I’ve worked retail, be helpful, be polite, period!

Dan in appliances was great, very helpful and courteous and helped me solve my problem. I was impressed. Thank you Dan for wonderful service.

I enjoy the store everyone helps out a lot I’ve bought paint there and I’ve gotten all the right answers from all the employees I haven’t really ask anybody that hasn’t had an answer or did not find an answer so keep it up will never go to Lowe’s

Probably the best Home Depot ever.

I came over from another store and was having problems getting an item. They called up an Assistant Manager to help. The problems I was having were big and they could have told me to come back in a few days to resolve them. This lady took care of everything. Very impressive. She had several fires to put out while helping me. Customers were being rude to her. She kept a smile on her face and was pleasant to them the entire time…..Impressive. We need more people like her in the industry.

Debbie Barbieri is an Appliance Specialist and I highly recommend asking for her when making purchases or appliance orders.

The selection and variety of products is the best. Fair warning: sometimes self-checkout is your only option. I am not a fan of self-checkout. Call me old-fashioned if you want, but take note: there is no difference between self-checkout and ordering online. People go into the store for a reason! If I am going to have to ring up my own purchase, I am going to stay home, save myself the gas, and order the item online.

Their Appliance Specialist, Debbie, was great. She made great recommendations and provided very helpful information! Made our experience amazing!
