The store was clean, well-stocked. We got excellent service from Debbie, and found the products we were looking for. When we came back the next day to make changes to our purchases, we were treated pleasantly and efficiently.

Friendly environment, easy parking and entrances very inviting. Store layout and categories are very easy to follow and find.

Lots of merchandise in aisles blocking customers. Had a display of Milwaukee tools for "Special Buy" each was supposed to be $99.00. When I went to check out with the two batteries it rang up at regular price. I have to wonder how many people are caught by this process? I chose not to wait for a "manager" to come verify the price and override the item.

The cashier Lillian argued with me and tried to make me feel stupid. Worst trip to home depot ever!!!!

Employees will not help, and are extremely rude and unprofessional. Carts are out in the parking lot if you need one for lumber or a flatbed. Isles are filled with carts that employees have placed go-backs or stock on. It seemed like every single person working there was unnecessarily angry and annoyed at the customers- not just myself. I saw other interactions and wondered why people bother to come here and get treated poorly by employees. I asked multiple employees for assistance to find something and also to help put doors on a cart with me. Zero help. Major attitudes. When I needed to see if they had an additional door with a right-hand swing, The employee said I’m going to need to wait 15 min or just look for it myself in the isle. (I already had done so.) The 15 minute remark was just him being annoyed because he was helping someone find an isle and was being a rude person. Cashier TJ was a very angry person. If I was his manager and saw the way that he treated customers, I would fire him. He was condescending and the rudest cashier that I have ever met. Someone needs to teach him customer service, or he needs to find a new job where he doesn’t interact with other humans. Go out of your way to avoid this store.

The workers at this location are always friendly and helpful. Stock is normally full and easy to locate. Parking and access is as poor as it gets. It’s the only area Lowe’s has you beat.

I had an issue with an online order, and Caleb the customer service supervisor went the extra mile to get my issue resolved. Additionally, while I was there, another customer (VERY high maintenance and challenging) kept butting in and interjecting during the middle of our transaction. Caleb handled the situation like an absolute pro, navigated both issues, and did it with an genuine smile and helpful attitude. I would hate to see him leave the local store, but they either need to promote him or make him a corporate trainer. As a former Customer Service Manager at Target, he's one of the best reps I've seen in a very long time. Additionally, Brady was very helpful as well. Great job CDA Home Depot!

Though almost always busy when I go, the checkout is quick and there's always someone to grab for questions.

The biggest kudos! goes to a lady, in appliances, named "Debbie". Cant say enough about Debbie. She knows her work. She checked to see if appliances were available, she knew what we were looking for. she answered all our questions. Was quick getting through the process of purchase.

Bad experience. Store isles and parking too small and they don’t have enough parking for contractors. The isles are always clogged with peoples online orders in the lumber department. The screw isle is too narrow while the wood lumber isle is a mile friggen wide. My experiences for the last three years have mostly always been negative. Lowe’s on the other hand better!

This is one of my favorite places to shop when I come to town. They almost always have what I want and some things I didn’t even know I wanted. The staff is friendly and often have suggestions for my projects that I had not thought of. As a veteran, I enjoy the discount and expression of gratitude for my service. These are good hometown people.

Store is always well stocked. Staff friendly and helpful. I went for spring plants but i think I’m a bit early they didn’t have too many but i know they’ll be in stock soon.

My daughter lives in Coeur d 'Alene and wants me to do things. I use to be a contractor and can do many different things, so when she wants me to do something, most of the time I can, with the help of Home Depot. She has a French Bulldog that LOVES Home Depot, that is one word that he perks up when you sat it, along with treat. My wife and I live in Havre, Montana and actually make a list of things to get at Home Depot when we go to Great Falls, 114 miles away. We have always had a good experience and are well satisfied. The store is always clean and the help is always friendly and know what I want.

It's a big store but once I found the right person everything went smooth. Nice and friendly.

Very good service they checked me out using a picture of my credit card because I usually use Apple Pay which they do not have yet. The only complaint I have is it would be nice if Home Depot had Apple Pay.

The store was clean, customer service was out of this world amazing with my experience. I highly recommend the cda store and if you need help in flooring ask for Andrea and for help in customer service ask for Nadine. Those two ladies made my wife and I's day with how they helped us.

I have been shopping at this store for years, have always found what I needed; saved a lot of Money using my VA card to buy materials to build my house. Always a friendly and helpful staff!

Store was busy but everyone was helpful. had what I came for plus a few bargains that were nice. the 70% off cart in the lumber isle was great for a project I was planning but putting off till I could afford it. thank you for the friendly service.
