I've been to the Coldwater store twice in the last few months and both times it was like taking a step into the past, to Home Depot's Golden Age of the mid to late 1990s when the stores were stocked and clean and the employees friendly, helpfull, and knowlegeable.

Very great deals great staff very pleasant and helpful store is nice and neat and has everything you need also plenty of great deals. I'm disabled they have electric carts to help the disabled to get around the store easy so they can have a better I shopping experience,

the Coldwater store is always well staffed and well stocked. The Associates are knowledgeable and friendly

Jake in plumbing is amazing. He helped me so much answered all my questions and showed me a better way to do it . I don’t know plumbing and he was great tackled the project and it worked out great . Thank you Jake I couldn’t of done it without your help.

We purchased a refrigerator,stove and dishwasher over Easter weekend. Wow! Good sales, and it was such a pleasant experience. Really knowledgeable employee's. And got it all in the color we wanted... Unlike some other box store .. Thanks Home Depot

The service I received at the Coldwater Home Depot store was outstanding!! Several employees helped me in deciding which item would work best for my project. Then one employee went and got a cart for the large item I purchased, at checkout they helped me set up the Home Depot App. on my iPhone so that I could get my veterans discount. Overall a great shopping experience! :)

Buying a few items for standard home bathroom repair during the Xmas Black Friday sales weekend. Despite high customer count. Was able to quickly receive customer service and check out in a timely manner.

This store is the best. They are all very helpful and friendly.

From the moment you drive in to the parking lot things look neat and organized. There are products stored outside and they are clearly marked. An employee always smiles and welcomes me every time I enter the store. They are very efficient at checkout also, whether it's Beckie, Susan, or Nicollette. Roy, back in the electrical section always has the answers we need and has introduced us to all the latest in parts and technology, in some cases saving the day while we try to make our clients happy. I've seen him handle 3-4 customers at a time and still have time for a quick fish story. I've talked with other contractors in our area who also feel the same way about their shopping experiences at this Home Depot outlet.

Pinky is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm always met with a friendly hello and the associates at the store have always been very friendly and helpful. If the one I am talking to doesn't know the answer they will find someone who does. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Make sure you check your receipts carefully before leaving store. I didn't and charged more than signage price. They claim marked item was sold before I contacted them so they couldn't correct error.

Best home improvement store experience ever! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff made our experience great. We got what we needed and learned something new at the same time. In the future, will drive from Marshall to shop in Coldwater instead of driving to Battle Creek for our home improvement needs. Whatever you’re doing to train your staff, keep doing it!

Appliance department had an employee working. Ask for Heather . . . she did a great job and answered all our questions then ordered the appliances we wanted.

I shop at this location frequently. My last visit was NOT pleasant! I had a coupon and a gift card to use towards my purchase. The cashier and the woman that assisted her were rude and told me I couldn’t use my $5.00 coupon! Way send them if they cannot be used?

The Coldwater Michigan Home Depot is the place to go for all your home improvement/ construction / building material needs! The staff is always helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and inviting. I have never left the store frustrated or in need to go somewhere else to get what I needed. Employees actively seek out customers to ensure they are finding what they need. You never have to find someone to help you, they are always there to help. Thank you Coldwater Home Depot form treating veterans with such respect.
