I recommend using the contractors desk for your specific needs. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have great customer service skills and handle issues very professionally. ( Rick) takes the extra measures to ensure satisfaction.

The store was well stocked and clean. All the staff went the extra mile to help us fine the items we needed. Each visit is a positive experience that is why we keep going back

It's not the Taylor West store where Tina works. But they do a very good job Helpful from start to finish. Not just its down row 13 walked us right to what we needed. Thanks Rick

I'm a local resident who always has a good experience when I visit this store. Today, I witnessed two associates handle a belligerent customer with a calm and respectful demeanor. The customer was clearly wrong and they handled themselves exceptionally. I have always been treated with respect and helpful assistance when I visit the store. Well done, Coldwater Home Depot! Keep up the good work!

Like every home improvement store, dust is an issue. Not in the air, but on the products

The first thing I notice about our Coldwater Home Depot is how clean it is, floors, bathrooms, everywhere it is very clean, nice work by someone, it has not always been like this. Employees seemed to be much more willing to help than they used to be, many times offering help before you ask for it. They are not all this way but most are. I returned a couple of things a few months ago and it was hassle free with no questions, I did have my sales slips which does help. Over all things at Coldwater are pretty good and maybe getting better.

TROUBLE FINDING HELP, UNDERSTAND ITS A BIG STORE, UNDERSTAFFED, I KNOW, PAYROLL PERCENTAGE TO SALES PLAN, NEVER EASY. KEEP YOUR FRONT TEAM MEMBERS FROM PLAYING WITH THEIR CELL PHONES, THEY ARE THE FIRST AND LAST IMPRESSION A CUSTOMERS SEES WHEN VISITING YOUR STORE.

Generally this is my to go to store. However, the clerk who checked me out today was beyond RUDE.

Always a good place to shop. Everyone is always friendly. Cashier Eugenia is wondering how are progress is coming.

Most pleasant experience I have had in a long time at a retail store. Actually felt that Jessica cared about what I wanted and what she was doing. That doesn't happen a lot anymore! WAY TO GO JESSICA WITH YOUR WORK ETHIC AND ATTITUDE YOU ARE GOING TO BE VERY SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE :)

I had a heck of a time chosing the right colors, kind of sink, faucet and countertops. So many choices. A sales lady named KARIE GILBERT was so patient and knowledgeable. I had no idea what the differences were in some things, quartz vs granite etc... I had to go back a 2nd day to decide on colors and such. So grateful Karie was able to help me both days. I have a fixer upper house that needs everything. I will be back there and will be looking for Karies help again. Yes, also the store was very clean. Thank you so much Karie Gilbert.

Took forever to get help. Very rude and didn't want to assist I had to point out other options for location of product and help disappeared on me

If you are looking for carpet or flooring be sure to buy it from Home Depot. They have FREE installation, and the carpet installers are taking our old carpet out for Free, along with moving our furniture for Free. We were so happy with their service and especially our carpet saleswoman, Terasita Long. She was fabulous and when we first came in a young gentleman asked if we were needing any help. They are terrific.....Thanks again....Carol

Customer service desk is always unfriendly and people stand around when there is a line to be helped. overall very poor service.
