We recently undertook a big home project of replacing our laminate with Lifeproof flooring. From the beginning, trying to pick a color to the end returning extra products, the employees were very helpful. I'd especially like to recognize Dylan at the Pro desk who helped us in more ways than were expected and made us feel welcome every time we entered the store. Very happy with the product and the helpful staff.

You have some really good people in place at this store. Mike Chambers on the Pro Desk is outstanding always friendly and willing to help even with the smallest concerns. Susan a Cashier always greets me coming in the store she always has fresh coffee ready to serve. Store is always clean and has a good flow of activity going on.

We own the Coldwater Antique Mall and use Home Depot in Coldwater for our repair needs. Prices are fair and it is easy to find what you need quickly.

We had an issue with an order and every employee, from associates at the cash registers to the manager, were extremely helpful. The issue was resolved.

self check out will be the death of us all! i dont work there why should i struggle to find correct bar code. i hate self check outs with a passion.

The customer service in the flooring dept was knowledgeable friendly our sales person was Hand and at the same time took care of us whole he was training a new team person.

Great Customer Service and employees are very helpful

We had a nightmare situation occur at our local Home Depot in Toledo Ohio. We were sold tile and weren't told that it was a close out item. After making trips to several other Home Depot stores we were angry and frustrated and about to give up. Then my fiance talked to "the other Brandon". This gentleman went above and beyond to help us and to make the buying experience as pleasant as possible. He walked up front when we got there, shook our hands, and introduced himself. This goes a long way when you get this kind of employee care.

If looking at appliances look for a man named BEN. He is so helpful, and friendly! He never rushed us. Spending big $$$ on appliances can take some time! I never knew that stainless steel was a different shade on different brands and they don't always match. We went with all LG. Looking to buy new washer and dryer soon. We will be looking for Ben!

Use the Home Depot in Coldwater Mi on a regular basis. We have a cottage there and do lots of repairs. Home Depot is our go to store..
