Associate Bouncer - (yes, that's his real name, I checked!) took five minutes to help me navigate the store app on my phone to help me find the stuff I wanted to buy in the store. I admit I'm a bit of a Neanderthal when it comes to technology stuff, but he didn't make me feel like I was. Hats off to this guy. The store is clean and well-stocked.

EXCELLENT STAFFING, PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, AND PRICING. OVERALL, THIS IS AN EXCELLENTLY MANAGED STORE THAT I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO VISIT FOR ALL OF MY GARDEN, CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS, AND HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS.

Ms. Bruce attentiveness was just what I needed to help calm my nerve. My family had been without a refrigerator for a month, because we were utilizing our home warranty “American Home Shield” who kept jerking us around regarding repairing and replacing our refrigerator. Ms. Bruce listens to my dilemma, and empathized with me regarding my children being at home 24/7 due to the pandemic, without a working refrigerator. I told her that we had spent hundreds of dollars eating out and I was frustrated and troubled by the entire situation. I cancelled my contract with American Home Shield and was looking to purchase a refrigerator. Ms. Bruce was in motion to get me a refrigerator as soon as possible. She was asking me questions regarding my current refrigerator, including measurements. She asked me my price range/budget as she started clicking away, based on the specs provided for the refrigerator. Ms. Bruce was able to retrieve a few refrigerators which we compared. She provided in-stock information, delivery, and prices. She also informed me of some hiccups that may take place for the refrigerator I selected. Ms. Bruce calmed my nerves, helped me find a refrigerator, and called card services to ensure that I paid no interest for 18 month. I can’t thank Ms. Bruce enough for her help regarding my dilemma and helping me save money. Ms. Bruce demonstrated exceptional customer services and I would like to thank her. Thank you, thanks you, and thank you.

I bought 19 bags of Top Soil for a project. We put the top soil on our project and when it dried out, the top soil was mulch. When I called the store to highlight the problem, I was told that there is nothing that they could do. It was too late for us to put the mulch back in the bags and return to the store. We've been reliable Home Depot customers for years. We're definitely going to shop at other retailers going forward.

Clean, organized and very polite employees.

Worst Home Depot ever. Employees are not knowledgeable; lackadaisical; uninterested in helping customers. Many items have prices not marked; aisles are blocked by placing a cart or things in the middle, rather than one side. The bathroom is filthy. Had to ask about 4-5 employees where to find things. Had to keep going back to a different employee for several different items. Only one of them was truly helpful to find what we needed. The other said, "Try there." Or, "I don't work in this section." and left us. A most displeasurable experience. Basically asking for help seemed to be a bother to the employees in this store. Visit was topped off with a horrible check-out experience, too much to go into in this space.

My husband and I have been shopping at this Home Depot for over 20 years and we've never had a bad experience. We've built awesome relationships with some of the employees.

Store needs to be more organized and attendants needs better training Attendants are not easy to find as they are not around

Nice clean store! Seek out employee Jamica when you visit! She is a great person with a ton of knowledge of the items in the store and where to locate them. I live in Lanham near the Lanham HD store, but I'd rather shop at College Park's store! More items available for sure!

I recently went into Home Depot and had an encounter with and Employee Tony from the paint department. He was the pillar of customer service and very helpful. We need more people like Tony from paint that understand customer and how to help. When I called into the store that manager on duty even stated that Tony trained him. What a great experience.

I was looking for Christmas tree. They have a wide range of sizes, prices and quality so that I had some choice in this matter. Staff are always kind and helpful. I highly recommend this store.
