I had a horrible experience with a totally damaged vanity I ordered online that was shipped to my home. I returned it to the Cherry Hill store. DEVAN, KATYANA, and OMAR assisted my husband and me with selecting a new vanity (which was mismarked), the price correction, and loading it in our vehicle. We were thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by DEVAN, KATYANA, & OMAR who turned our negative experience to a completely positive one. Thanks guys!!

Cashiers Nicole, Zonel and Katyana were extremely friendly, provided excellent service, demonstrated their willing to go the extra mile giving a good recommendations of materials required for home improvement.

Our contractors and we shopped for all our after-fire restoration, construction, and remodeling products from this store. The store is always well staffed and neat and clean. Staff is professional and friendly. Staff always do their best to satisfy us their customers.

This store is poorly stocked and service is terrible. I lost a whole day's worth of work waiting for lumber that was in stock but out of reach. First I waited in the store for a fork lift that never showed and then thought I would go home and order the material on-line since the HD website said it would be ready in two hours. Called the store several times and no one answered. Went on-line for an HD assistant who called the store three times and still no answer!! Ended up going to the sore after five hours and the order wasn't ready.

THIS Home Depot store is so friendly - all of the employees are so helpful. The shelves are fully stocked and there are always people to help you figure out what is needed to fix something. Katyana, one of the cashiers is especially helpful.

Staff at this location were Not very helpful; and that Includes the manager on duty. First time at this location in years. Go to another HD if you can.

Very helpful associates I came for light bulbs and I was help but the greatest thing was being offered an alternative just in case the stood out the most!!! The cashier was kool! THANDIWE was her name!

Great customer service!

Rented a truck to get a wood fence panel. Paid for the panel and waited 30 mins only to find that the few panels that were in stock were damaged. The cashier who took the order wasn't very helpful at all. Asked for a manager who stated that they were on their way to the front of the store did not come after waiting 10 mins. We left!

The store was clean and items where easy to find in there aisle. Customers service was ok, maybe be more interactive with customers when looking list.

Store employees are constantly on their phones not even looking up in case you need help. This is especially prevalent at the self checkout area where three or four are congregated sharing videos on phones and not at all helping people. No one ever says hello or "welcome to home depot"
