Need to revise or return back to your old military discount program. The new QR code system is a complete and total hassle. Not to mention the vast majority of veterans are over the age 50 and may be limited on technology or like myself don’t care to learn about new tech. I don’t want an app for each store I shop.

I love going to this Home Depot, the staff are always friendly and they have a great selection of items to choose from. I especially like the garden center.

I purchased flowers and bushes for my yard. I was very satisfied with the prices and selection.

Home Depot is very good at making their customers feel welcome in their stores. It is typically easy to find and employee when help is needed.

Believe me, the Home Depot store in Columbia Missouri is OUTSTANDING in every aspect. Their selection of merchandise and sales representatives are the finest above all else. I've shopped and purchased home items, building items, lawn and garden items for decades and Home Depot earned my business and respect.

If you check out in the garden center and the cashier's name is Ericka, just leave your cart and walk away. The woman shouldn't work with the public!!!

The garden department cashier was complaining about the customers loud enough that i was able to hear.

I was having the hardest time finding the equipment and expertise I needed to install an old dryer in a new home. Not only did Home Depot have the tools and equipment necessary but they also had the friendliest staff who were able to walk me through the whole process. I will 100% be coming here again.

We always receive a friendly greeting as we enter the store. The store is well organized and clean. There is always someone within easy reach when help is needed. I have had many projects done by Home Depot including wood flooring in the whole house; and entire kitchen with cabinets, granite counters and appliances. Their products are always of high quality and the workmanship of their installers is great. I am currently having three doors including the entry, patio and the basement walkout. The associates not only helped me select the doors and set up the install but went above and beyond by arranging a 24-month interest-free financing for the project. I can’t wait for it’s completion. Great experience always at Columbia Home Depot.

VERY CLEAN AND VERY HELPFUL PEOPLE THERE.

I need a replacement part for a weedeater. The employee, I believe her name is Tayla, took complete ownership of the issue. She never pawned me off on another associate. She made all the calls until the part could be found and even replaced the part in store. Her professionalism is a model for everyone in every field. I was greatly impressed.

Mixed bag. Steven in the Garden Center was GREAT! Helpful, knowledgeable. Having said that, I can't recommend this location based on the staff at the customer service counter. Took 40 minutes to purchase a lawn mower. Two employees at the customer service counter (who were constantly on their cell phones) didn't know what a Protection Plan was when I asked for details. They couldn't find any information, I eventually looked it up on the Home Depot website using my cell phone. While I was waiting, they told a couple next to me that all they had to put in a Rug Doctor was water. (hate to be them when they realize they need cleaning solution!!). And finally they couldn't figure out how to add the Protection Plan to my purchase and ring it up. It was as if they had received zero training. CLUELESS. For a DIY store like Home Depot.. you need EXPERTS, not IDIOTS.

I am having currently in the process of having a kitchen remodel done and received a phone call saying that the countertops were not measured correctly and I am being charged more. I shouldn't be getting charged due to your companies mistake and truthfully I am thinking about cancelling the entire order.

Terrible experience. Employees had no clue what they were doing. Instead of just helping they told me to go find another employee somewhere in the isles. Finally went up to service desk and they called someone to help.

Your store is great to shop at and the prices are fair compared to other home centers.

I always get great customer service at Columbia's Home Depot. The staff is well-trained, patient, and willing to help even when I am not sure exactly what I need to complete a project.

The staff was friendly and very helpful when needed. My wife and I purchased an appliance suite from Vince I believe was his name and he was very helpful and made the process very easy and painless.

If you are looking for appliances make sure to ask for Jody he made our experience less stressful and enjoyable. He is funny and very helpful!

This store has been my go-to store for some time now. The employees display a demeanor that can make the most disgruntled do it yourselfer feel like they might not be the only person with the problem. As a customer who has prior military service, I cannot express my level of appreciation for the discount and the thanks given my your employee. I do need to apologize for at times forgetting to ask for the discount, but I can honestly put that on the concussions I received while serving.

If you have issues, hope the MOD working is not Kent. He’s worthless.

Andy in hardware was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for right away so I could get my Milwaukee tool and leave quickly. Mckenzie checked me out politely and quickly and I was on my way!
