Excellent visit yesterday. Levine was the employee who helped me find what I needed. He was helpful-even suggested how I could do,the project more efficiently by using a different type of screw that what I had on my list.

Store is very clean, product always on shelf and store associates are always ready and willing to help.

Always a pleasant experience and staff are knowledgeable/helpful when needed.

Quality store with friendly staff

My wife and I had a supplier hiccup when getting our carpet installed. Jessica was extremely valuable to our communication with installers, manufacturer and the store. She was courteous, empathetic and helpful while taking care of us. Her response to our needs may be the biggest factor in our return to Home Depot . Jessica’s level of attention to customer service may be a measurement for the industry standard.

Always find someone who can help us with any project that we are doing and give us great advise on the product and tools

Ryan in the paint dept. matched 30 year old paint. I really appreciated his efforts. I was the only one at the counter and he took extra time to make a perfect match.

The Home Depot in Columbia,MO is a great store to visit. The employees are very friendly & knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience there. Even when a product has been wrong or damaged, they always rectify the situation. There is someone working who always remembers my face. Great place to shop!

My first time to visit this store since I moved to Columbia, MO 18 months ago. I could not find an associate to help me with some simple questions in the Lawn Mower section. I looked all over for help. There was another couple looking for help and they were just as frustrated as I was. They eventually left. Could be the employees were all out to lunch. Unknown. Otherwise, I got my product after going up and down the isles searching. This store is close to my neighborhood so I'll likely visit again down the road. Would be good to know that Associates are on the floor looking to help customers. Just a comment and hope it helps management

I drive 35 miles each way to shop at this store, even though I have a home improvement store a mile from my home. I am always able to get knowledgeable help and advice when I need it.

We had an excellent experience buying an appliance. Yvonne was very helpful and walked us through the entire sale. It was a fairly fast and easy process!

This store is always clean & organized, the staff is friendly and helpful, and we especially enjoy shopping with our dogs. The home depot gets all of our business because of their friendliness towards dogs!!

No product, in the store to buy- Namely, dishwashers. Then, we can't even get it delivered on time.

While in the store, I interacted with four employees. All were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. This is not my first trip to the Columbia Home Depot and likely not my last. It has always proven to be a good place to do business.

As a veteran I had a return that had been rerun to get my veteran's discount. Two personalities in customer service presented themselves. Sharon was unsociable, non-communicative and seemed to lack any problem solving skills. She was all around UNFRIENDLY and a bit clueless. On the other hand, Kevin who solved the problem, was persistent, personable, communicative, knowledgeable and friendly. I of course, will avoid the one and embrace the other if ever I have to use Customer Service at my local Home Depot.

I shop the store quite regularly, they always have good deals and friendly service. I highly recommend the store for the courteous and helpful staff. The selection that they offer is truly phenomenal.
