I would rather drive 100 miles to another Home depot than to deal with the cashier, Cheyenne, she was rude and negative and not nice what so ever!! You should leave your problems at the front door and pick them back up when you leave!! Maybe customer service isn't for you!! Maybe a crash course in how to deal with the public when your having a bad day.

Thank everyone that assisted me from the employee that helped me load a box off the shelf to the cashier who was friendly an helpful , to the guys that loaded the 100 lb box into my truck. Kudos to the employees at home depot. Thanks again.

I was approached and asked twice while shopping if I needed any help. I had not been out shopping for some time due to the covid-19 and I guess I was looking at items and they just thought I might need some help. I did have a young man help me in the bug spray section and he did help me to find the item that I was looking for.

The store was super clean, organized, and employees were helpful. Couldn't ask for a better place to shop for my business!

Store is very neat and orderly all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Two ladies at the pro desk that I had contact with were great to work with. I had a call talking with Cindy, call was dropped and she called me back shortly, that was a pleasant surprise, as I know they are busy. Customer service like that is rare today. When checking out Gina was very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable . Will definitely be back. Also they made a special point to thank a VET. much appreciated. Thanks!!!

So I had something great happen here that I've not experienced in a while... I was looking for a product, and the website said there were nine in stock. When I got to the store, then weren't on the shelf, and didn't see any stocked up above the shelves. Devin K at the store tracked down that they were on the truck but had not been unloaded yet. He offered that if I would go to the Service Desk and order them as Will Call, he would bring them to me later. While it wasn't necessary, that kind of customer service was amazing! Thank you!

Excellent customer service

First class experience has forever changed my outlook on hardware stores. Yvonne was extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. She helped with some big decisions and got the job done quickly while helping other customers at the same time. The store was clean and every associate was very helpful.

Had what I needed. Michelle at the check out was helpful, nice, and friendly. I’ll be back.

The store aisles well organized, high fives to sale cashier Samantha for being communicative and relaxed in contact with customer, excellent people skills.

Spent 45 minutes in the store before any associate acknowledged me or asked if I needed help! When I did get help an associate stated he couldn’t help me cause it “wasn’t his department”! Also got to hear a conversation between two associate complaining about another associate on the sales floor! Terrible customer service!

Bobbi was super helpful and deserves recognition

We typically have a good experience but this most recent one was awful. The first employee I encountered blew me off as I asked a simple question. I asked him where the tool boxes were he pointed to the front of the building and walked over to a gentleman a few feet away and asked if he needed help. Shocked he disregarded me I walked to the customer service desk and asked again about the tool box. I came to Columbia for a specific tool box that said was in stock and was not on display. I explained that to the man and he got frustrated and said it was while supplies last and said he had to call another employee to help me and would be about 3-4min. I waited a while and asked an employee that was walking by if he could help and he walked with me to the customer service desk and asked the same question to the same person I asked for help from. The younger of the two employees got irritated that he had to use the computer to look up the serial number of the specific tool box I had asked about for the older employee to help find for me. After about 7-8min of bickering they said they didn't have it in stock and sent me on my way without offering any other help or tool box options. It was a very disappointing experience this time around.

The store is very clean, and product is very easy to find.

The people at the pro desk are great. Cindy is my go to person and is always helpful and makes my day better. Warren, Kevin, Gena, Andy and Will are also great employees and are incredibly helpful. The crew at the pro desk is the best. Last but not least Jim Poleck and Bill are great managers always there to answer questions and make you feel like a valued customer.

A great place to shop. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. My go to store for all my home needs to include shrubs, bath towels, mowers, and hand tools.

Ran in to Home depot for a few thing's. This young guy came up to me. Are needing help. Daren was his name. That guy knew that store like the back of his hand. I was in and out in no time. What a pleasure to be helped by such friendly and knowledgeable people. Fill your store with people like this Home depot, people will most definitely return..

The store was ran clean and efficient for dealing with the Covid 19 virus situation.

Chuck in paint and George in flooring were both knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and friendly. Store was clean and stocked well.

We needed a dishwasher, and the folks at Home Depot were ready to help us as soon as we walked in! They were exceptionally helpful, and knew what they were talking about. We liked that. They also made sure we got the best product for the best price. Made us smile!

Great store to shop at. Like the military discount . I do not shop at Menards, because they do not honor veterans and their 11% off means nothing to me, when I have to use it again in the store.

I encountered an extremely rue employee (on several occasions) in the plumbing section. I have over 40 years of experience and was treated as if I was just dirt in the way of him helping another customer - who was embarrassed by the employee's rudeness, and left empty- handed. I happen to be a woman who appreciates being a woman. I still am feminine even though I enjoy the trades. That should not be an excuse for a man to at like a pig! He nearly hit my 17 year old daughter in the head in his quest to find two $5 items for the other customer. If he had looked in my cart, he would have seen I had well over $200 worth of parts in it! The only reason I'll go back is if I absolutely cannot find something elsewhere!!!

Darin in Electrical and Rick in Garden were very helpful and polite and knowledgeable. I don't mind spending the extra 10-15% when the employees are these kind of people. The cashier named Tammy was also super polite and friendly. Not a huge variety of outdoor rated cat5e or cat6 in bulk boxes but at least one choice.

My husband has been shopping at Home Depot since 1994 and always goes back when he needs anything or advice.

It is the first store that I consider for any type of maintenance, hardware, remodeling. I recently took my 6 year old grandson there for fun personal field trip. He enjoys hardware and we were there for a long time as he decided on what he wanted to purchase, rope, chain, caribineer, etc. Great memories. Products, assistance, cleanliness and staff are very helpful each time I visit the store.

Wanted to pickup a Roobi tool that was on sale but didn’t see it. I ask an employee who showed me right where the tool was and answered any questions about it. Great job!

The associates were patient and helpful. No problem finding folks to help me. Especially appreciated Liz's help in customer service while I was placing a large order and arranging for delivery. Thank you!
