I am a painter starting a new mural project that required specific wood panels to be used in an area of moisture. I was treated with exceptional care, and all the time I needed to answer questions by the employees at the store. They answered all questions for me, helped me locate all the materials as well as load them onto the carts, even helped me load things into my vehicle. I will definitely continue shopping there. Thank you!

I walked into the Home Depot store, not expecting anything different than the usual asking people where this is where that is cause no one seem to be around. So some lady in the paint Where I needed to go. By some miracle, I found this amazing man who went on and on how can he help me in any way possible. We began talking and found we had so much in common. He has a class act. You are so blessed to have someone in your store like this I know about customer service I worked at Nordstrom‘s for years. He needs to be recognized.

I’m happy to say this Home Depot is close to home 14 in Haggerty I’ll definitely make it my number one store thank you Kaitlyn again you’re an amazing woman you’re a true leader and thank you Don for all you both did to make me have the best experience. As a woman It was intimidating to walk in this store but having these two by my side all be back and tell all my family & friends of the help that I received. Beyond exceptional customer service you can find that nowadays🥰🫶

I don't have any issues with buying. product from Home Depot Just recently remodeled two bathrooms and all the tile and this. stuff that I needed. came from Home Depot. It's been great doing business with Home Depot.

Over the years, I have frequented this HD store in Commerce. I like that it has a great rental dept, is big enough and well stocked but not too hectic, and has great employees who are helpful generally.

I bought a RIDGID sliding miter saw that came with a free stand. I went to the store thinking that I would not receive the stand. You have to click on the stand to get it. Tressie was a great, she helped me get the saw and stand,long story short. I was very happy that day and I will coming back to this store.

Don in Electrical is the epitome of what an outstanding employee should be. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and seems to be genuine and authentic.

Recently I went to Home Depot in Commerce for some electrical ceiling lamps and switches. We met Don in the electrical department. Don was great, listening, Asking us questions on our project that helped us narrow down our selections. a very good experience.

My Wife and I visited Store # 2722 in Commerce Township on 10/08/2023 and the whole experience was extremely frustrating. We went to the garden center and couldn't find anyone to help us and when we eventually did the employee did not know where the potting soil was.....then after helping them find the soil "ourselves" we went to the checkout where we stood there behind another customer and waited for the cashier "Pamela" finish her texting session on her phone before our transaction. If this is the new normal for customer service at Home Depot then we will take our business elsewhere.

Associates are trying to help customers but many associates cover several areas and do not have expertise.

Austin, the gentleman that assisted me at checkout was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to provide a great shopping experience. Clean/organized store and GREAT staff!!

THE STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED DEPT'S. MIRIAM IS AWESOME IN PROVIDING KNOWLEDGEABLE INFORMATION ON THE TYPE OF PAINT TO USE FOR A SPRAY GUN. WE RENTED THE TOOL FROM HOME DEPOT AND YOU TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT TIP SIZE TO MAKE YOUR PAINTING EXPERIENCE EASY AND QUICK.

Waiting 40 minutes in lumber for a team member or manager. Customer Service pages to either went unanswered

If you are lucky enough to find Katelyn, you’re trip to Home Depot will be a terrific one!!!!!! I walked in, she walked me right to the isle & the exact product I needed. Time in & out was 7 minutes 23 seconds. In my world, that’s worth it’s weight in gold. Katelyn is a rockstar!!!!

I found everything I came for. Staff (Mary & Mohamad exceeded my expectations.

GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

Rented an aerator this weekend natural person accused me of bending a 10-12mm thick sheet metal on the tool. When it was clearly rented to me as is, but he did not believe it kept arguing. Eventually when you noticed it to function great and it was rented to me as it is did not apologize or say anything.

We ordered a sink online and the employee who wrote the order wanted it shipped to the store first so it could be inspected. It was shipped and inspected before we picked it up.

I just opened a Home Depot card and got $50 of my flowers. It’s an awesome program!

My husband & I always great awesome service. We never have problems finding someone to help us. I would recommend going to the commerce home depot

We needed help finding precut pieces of glass. We encountered 5 employees sitting and chatting in the appropriate department. When we asked for help, they barely looked at us and one employee gave us incorrect information and pointed to the place we could look for something similar. He mad ZERO effort to help us and immediately went back to their banter. Totally useless employees.

I love shopping at this particular Home Depot. It's always clean, well stocked, and the employees are very helpful! One stop shop!

This store, with few exceptions, has always been great to buy from. The layout is straightforward and the products easy to locate, the staff is wonderful to deal with. I have had very few issues with this location, both with in-store purchases and with online pickups.

The women that work here go above and beyond to help you! Caitlyn and Sandy/Sandra are amazing!

great service from service and pro desks. some product special order but most in stock. very satisfied and will continue shopping there as I have obver the last 30 years.
