A well run store with helpful staff.

The store does a poor job of enforcing the COVID mask mandate

The Commerce store is the only Home Depot I'll shop at. All of the associates are so friendly and helpful.

Products were easy to find and employees were very helpful when needed.

The store was orderly and the customer service associates were great.

(*Plumbing Department) *associates were (& always are) extremely helpful & even admitted he wasn't exactly certain which product was best for what I was looking for so he found another associate & asked his opinion. &, in the end, there were 3 (floor) staff members & even a customer giving me suggestions! So w/regard to the *sidebar here (*the four dots to the right) I'd check off yes to each one.

This is a GREAT store. We have always liked this store ~ even celebrating when it opened in the 1990’s!! Thank you to all the employees. We appreciate you all very very much.

I ordered the item on May 2 and was told it would be available on May 2. On May 3 I unsuccessfully tried to contact your customer service by phone 3 times in order to ascertain my order status. I tried your chat/instant message feature and was informed it was disabled. I called the store and was informed they weren’t currently filling the online orders. On May 4 I went to the store to pick up my item (after being informed it was finally available). I waited in the curbside pickup zone for 45 minutes before leaving without my item (I tried to call the customer service desk but the phone just rang and rang). On May 6 I returned and had to wait outside for a half hour before being allowed into the store. I was then informed the item was not at the customer service desk but I could pick it up at the self service checkout area. A half hour later my item arrived. Is this your idea of customer service?!?!? It certainly is not mine. You failed in timely filling my order. You failed in online customer service answering my attempts to check on the orders status. You failed in timely giving it to me when I arrived - twice.

Sandy in the paint dept went above and beyond to make sure the custom color matched paint we want was the right shade.

Commerce Twp. store #2722: Received help from Mike at PRO desk where he helped me with my door lock. Also received help in the Appliance dept. from Chris, Tom and Derek where they helped locate the proper water filter for the Samsung ice maker Great help from all four associates.

Nice to walk in and see familiar faces. Always willing to assist you. No cashier though.

great customer service and very fast service

I visited the Commerce strore last week. The customer care was just outstanding -- I couldn't believe it. The staff actually seemed anzious to help. There's been a recent revolution at this store.

When short on time, it was great to come into this location, easily find the product I needed right in the isle and then see options for the same product in additional and my desired color. Very neat store with lots of available products on the couple of shelves I saw. My FIRST choice when I need hardware, products for indoor & outdoor, and many other home needs.

Horrible employees, behaves very rude with customers. that shows that they are treated same way by the company

The garden area of the Commerce store was very helpful. It was clean and well supplied. The cashier made sure I had everything I needed at the best price!

Nice store very well equipped and well organized. Most of the people working there are very helpful some more friendly than anothers. Overall good store to shop.
