I like this store more than many. It is always neat and clean, and I always receive great service. On today's visit, an associate even pulled up a YouTube video to show me how something works. I thought that was great. I'll be back!

We couldn't believe how knowledgeable that our Salesperson named Lee was. She immediately answered our questions. She knew exactly what she had to do and always explained to us every little detail of our transaction.

If you need to rent tools or a vehicle for a short trip, this is THE place to go! The Tool Rental is AWESOME... knowledgeable people, friendly, helpful... just generally wonderful! It's also a pretty decent place to shop for home improvement & repair items, appliances, garden supplies & plants, and various other things for the home. The people are all willing to help & very friendly!

This store is staffed by rude employees who are not knowledgeable in their department. I would strongly suggest the Home Depot at 7 Mile & Haggerty Rd in Northville, which is staffed with pleasant employees who understand what they are selling.

The Best Home Depot in Michigan. You get a Five star service and experience compared to other hardware stores by Far. The Most Amazing experience every time. Rose and Mariam are always friendly in paint department. Carol always willing to help anybody. Anna always helping and assisting everybody so is Sara. Adrianan always has a smile on her face and always helpful. The same with Rob.

This store was disappointing. There may be some knowledgeable employees but today I couldn’t find them. Maybe the management needs to work harder at motivating and keeping good employees.

I love this store. Associates are top notch and friendly, and shelves are always full and neat.

I needed help with loading a 50 lb bag of salt into my car, but no one helped me. There were 2 if us that needed help. A middle Eastern man with bags of cement & me, an African American woman with a 50 lb bag of salt. The cashier stopped an employee, a white man & asked if he could borrow him. He said "yeah I'll load it into the car". The cashier asked him who & he pointed to the man & said "him". Walked past me, helped the man & went back into the store leaving me to wrestle the bag of salt into my car. A female employee had already put it into my cart but no one helped me get it into my car.

Thank you to Tammy, Supervisor for taking the time today to clear up a dissatisfying experience that my family had to experience with one of their cashiers on 2/17/19. The rest of the staff were very helpful in locating products we needed to complete our project.

Matt and Sarah from flooring were extremely helpful when I purchased a carpet remnant. They went above and beyond their duty to make its measurements were to my specifics by literally sweating and lifting the carpet as they cut and trimmed any irregular parts. Thank you!

Whenever I need something for my home, I have learned to go to the Commerce Township Home Depot. I have always found someone to help me when I wasn't sure of what I needed. I have also purchased carpeting and carpet pad at this Home depot and received great information that helped me decide what would work the best for my need, and you have installers. The 12 month no interest payment plan helped as well. I have never been disappointed shopping at this store, and highly recommend this Home Depot to everyone.
