Great customer service at the checkout with Barbara and Denise

The associates at Home Depot in Concord were very helpful and gave us a lot of great suggestions when we were looking for flooring for our kitchen. The lady who checked us out in the garden are was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated her warm demeanor, it made our day that much better.

I came in to buy a replacement slider door handle. Denise at the front told me what aisle they could be found in....she then said she would walk over with me. I found this to be such a great interaction..great Customer service.

I recently visited the Concord NH store, late one afternoon and dispite being late in the day and having a return each employee I encountered was very cheerful.

We have been remodeling our bathrooms. Products are of high quality and available in store or can be ordered online and shipped quickly. Employees are always so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this store!

I want to thank Kelsey and Leandra. Kelsey helped me find the item I needed and directed me exactly where it was. It was a pleasure checking out with Leandra. She was very upbeat, pleasant and extremely friendly.

It is not often that I am moved to write letters of commendation, but today I feel obliged to share with you my most sincere appreciation with the manner in which Mandie Edwards handled my purchase. From the moment I introduced myself she shined. Important as it is, her knowledge of products in her department, which went without saying, she exhibited stellar personal social skills. I’m not what you might call “an easy to please customer”, I’m detailed oriented and require lots of information when making a purchase. Also I expect to be treated with a certain level of sophistication, that is to say I expect to be listened to and have my questions answered in a way that gives me a feeling of trust that the salesperson I’m dealing with understands my needs and is making sure they are being met. It is rare that in this climate of fast food, texting, shopping on line and untrained twenty-five year olds trying to pass themselves off as experienced that one comes across a shining star like Mandie Edwards. I shared an experience I had at another store, Mandie can share with you that experience, ill spare you those details. Suffice to say when I explained what I wanted she assured me that nothing like my previous experience was going to happen with her, she was extremely convincing and I haven’t second guest my decision to go with her even once. The carpet isn’t even installed yet but I know it will go as planned because she’s been on top of it from the git-go and I have every confidence that she will see it through to the end, and, if there is a problem she will handle it because that’s what good associates do, they handle problems, and she’s one of the best I’ve ever seen. I can’t over emphasize how above the norm she is. I’ve been around a long time, have dealt with a lot of sales people and ran a business for thirty years; I know quality when I see it. I’m redoing the inside of my home and have several projects that will need to be addressed and I’m pretty sure that Mandie will be involved in all of them. Good help is usually a reflection of good management; I’m going to make an assumption that this is the case here. You would be well advised to have your sales personnel that aspire to stronger positions shadow Mandie and see what integrity, professionalism and good people skills look like. Sincerely, Robert A. I use self checkout because I don’t want to talk to people or cashiers, but there is an exception to everything. I was buying a Milwaukee sawzall, tool only, on sale for $79. The one I got rang up as $169. Help? Employee Kelsey was right there. She paused the transaction, found the in store Milwaukee rep, found the correct tool in another store, reserved it for me and did all this in like 5 minutes. Kelsey knew exactly how to complete the purchase and transaction on the computer screen and got it done in record time. Excellent excellent customer service. 5 stars Kelsey.

I went to customer service with an issue and after Colleen tried many times she got her manager, Stacie and she went above and beyond to solve my problem. She was empathetic which many people and companies don’t seem to have

Bruce was extremely helpful in guiding our design for kitchen cabinets. He worked with us to refine the plan until it was just what we wanted, offering ideas from his considerable knowledge of the products.

After finding out we needed to replace our water heater, we were stressed out. Thankfully, Home Depot offers financing through credit cards and other options. Justin and Barry were extremely helpful at every step and my stress level is now comfortably low.

Bruce from kitchen had helped us with planning out a kitchen remodel. He was great at every visit. We ordered our kitchen cabinetry today and will be scheduling a countertop measure through Bruce once the cabinets are received/installed. VERY competitive with pricing.

Leslie in Kitchen and Design was extremely helpful with our decision to purchase new kitchen countertop. She explained products and materials right down to the undermount sink options.

From the moment I entered the store, the whole purchase and truck rental process was so easy, helpful and “stress free”, than I’ve experienced in “decades”!

most of the products i need are available Plumbing seems to be the one area where some fittings are scarce I d ?Appreciate the Military Discount you offer but would like to see it offered on Electrical wire and plumbing pipe as i occasional purchase these items.

We have been shopping at the Concord Home Depot since 2000. My son worked there before he went to college. I have painted our house inside and out with all the painting supplies needed for all the jobs. We have beautiful flooring in three rooms from Concord Home Depot. The employees have always been helpful and cheerful. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our home projects. It is truly "Home" for us!

I waited at lumber for 30 min to check out, decided to go to self checkout with my lumber, older gentleman yelled at another young African American employee for no reason, and then didn't understand how to use the self checkout computer.

Good selection and reasonable prices. Great customer service. I will return with my son and my daughter. They need few things in their bedrooms.

Bob helped me find exactly what I was looking for! He was patient as I explained it and he really seemed to enjoy helping me look for it. He is awesome!

Overall frustrating experience, products on shelves mislabeled so couldn't tell prices, no lumber carts available because all were lined up on the wall with items stacked on them, some lumber not labeled at all for size or price, no employees around to ask for help, bad experience at the register. Left without half the things I went there for because I couldn't find any of it and got tired of searching. Won't go back again.

JON MICHAUD IN APPLIANCES AT THE CONCORD NH STORE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN PLACING OUR ORDER FOR APPLIANCES. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. HE WAS ABLE O ANSWER QUESTIONS HAD REGARDING OUR PURCHASE.

I shop at Home Depot on a regular basis. I'm a home handyman weekend warrior. Great staff here and always very helpful.

I brought my home improvement tools pretty much all from Home Depot like circulars saw nail gun. I used a lot and it still working pretty good.

Store was fine. Bought refrigerator. Paid $25 to have old one removed. Delivery people said door not wide enough to remove old refrigerator. That one was purchased at Home Depot and was delivered through that door. Delivery people refused to even try. Just took out their tape measure and said it wasn't going to happen. They moved it to a different room in the house and brought in the new refrigerator. The next day my son and a neighbor took off the doors of the old refrigerator and moved it outside through same door. I do like the new refrigerator, but am totally unhappy with delivery people. Now I have to pay a junk hauler to take old refrigerator away. Very disappointed. Will think twice about buying anything that has to be delilvered from Home Depot in the future.
