Only thing was that I couldn't find an employee to help me find the prodi was looking for. Went to check out and you had five employee the service desk standing around in a circle just talking to each other. Felt like some of these employees could be helpful on the floor.

Staff are always helpful. One of the bigger stores relative to those nearby, which has meant they have more parts on-hand. Very grateful to the front desk which have always handled my issues and returns with great respect and care. Deal my on-line orders proactively.

Bought a Toro rider mower brought home, runs bought mower deck defective! Store manager says can't repair, don't have anymore and you're out of luck! We'll pick up and credit but basically tough luck and I could care less!!!!!

Great store with friendly employees

The store was clean and associates especially cashiers are personable, patient and professional when rendering service!!! The store is worth patronizing and lots of merchandise for the homeowners!!! You wlll love going to this store because the store personnel is always so helpful!!! You will love going there!!! I found all my plants as well as gardening supplies and remodeling supplies for the home!!

On my recent trip to Home Depot I purchased paint supplies and mineral spirits for clean up. Upon arriving home I discovered that the mineral spirits had tipped over in traveling and the entire bottle spilled all over my purchases, including groceries. I immediately called the customer service and the persons initial comment was "I don't know what mineral spirits is" when I explained that it was a chemical for paint/stain clean up, I was then told that they can not control the products on their shelves and told me I could bring all of their products back for replacement. The customer service person did not have any concept of the mess I now had on my hands with other non-home depot products not to mention that my car was saturated with mineral spirits and needed to be cleaned immediately.

Excellent customer service -- especially the ProDesk (Ask for Dave or Dru - won't be disappointed!) Staff are accessible, easily found, and actually helpful! Friendly, polite employees -- returns and customer service lines move quickly. Well-stocked and clean - very competitive prices. Nice to be able to go to one store -- find all you need, at prices you can afford, and with helpful employees to guide you along the way.

Paint department very helpful with good àdvice on their product lines. Employees friendly, available, store clean ànd stocked. Cashiers very available for assistance èveñ with self check out.

Great customer service. All staff were attentive. We drive 30 minutes just to shop here, even though we have two local Home Depot stores.

The store was very clean and the employees were very helpful and friendly. The product was easy to find, accessible and affordable. I was very pleased with my shopping experience here and definitely recommend shopping here.

My wife and I wanted to buy 2 industrial garage shelving units that were on sale. We do not have a vehicle that could fit the boxes, but we did not want to miss out on the sale. We met with Customer Service Representative, Mindy, who placed a "will call" order (so we can get the sale price and have a few days to find a truck) and she also helped us split the bill (by using a gift card for half the payment) as my wife wanted to buy 1 shelf so she could claim it as hers. Great thinking and perfect help! Thank you!

Normally I've had nothing but great experiences at this Home Depot. Been shopping here since I was kid. Today was much different. Upon checking out in the contractors checkout line, I specifically asked Brenda (the cashier) to split the total of my purchase in half on my debit card (my step-father was going to pay for the other half on his credit card). Whatever she did, it charged my debit card the entire amount and now my account has been overdrawn causing a hefty penalty from my bank. She offered to void the transaction, but I'm aware this would tie up funds in my account for 5-7 business days (this was unacceptable). There were other people waiting in line so I just left. I've worked in the retail industry for over 20 years and splitting payments is extremely simple with most point of sale systems, I'm not sure why this was so difficult. I'm waiting for a manager or representative from Home Depot to contact me regarding this shopping experience.

Most items are accessible however the Morton salt bags are not. They need to be in an area to load before the cash registers.

We shop at this Home Depot store because of the customer service. Bruce Dukette is an amazing, thoughtful, professional Project Designer! His service far exceeds any other service we experienced during our large kitchen remodel. The other Home Depot stores in our area do not compare; lack of information, lack of good customer service, and not prioritizing our needs.

In todays fast paced world with more impersonal internet interaction, it is a relief to know there is a business who cares about the consumer. Several staff members asked if I required assistance and previously out of stock material had been replaced. Thank you Home Depot
