Home Depot Employees Matt and Bella provide excellent customer service.

Lousy, messy store. Quite a few uncaring, unhelpful employees. Some were nice, but not all. I received no help. Was not greeted or asked what I needed. Staff walked by and were preoccupied with busy work. Frustrating! I would have bought more had I received assistance

This store is better than other stores in the East Bay area. Dustin in the Pro department helped us with our order very well. We saved over 40% off from what we were quoted at another local lumber store.

Way better than Lowe’s.

Friendly associates and full of stock. Could find items that I couldn’t find in homedepot store near my house.

Although the prices are good, the cashier Samuel was very rude and unfriendly towards us. He made us feel unwelcome.

Great store to shop in. Employees willing to offer assistance and went over and above ensuring the products I shopped for were exactly when I needed. The store was clean and employees were friendly and helpful.

Gardening class and landscaping class or even more free short seminars that will enable customers like me plan better on next home improvements and savings. Financial savings will also get both husbands and wives shop and stick to home depot where they know they can get confidence and trust side by side working together home projects and stuffs with home depot.

There were Herds of "Day Workers" wandering the parking lots. They blocked many available parking spots, blocking paying customers from parking. When I parked they were looking in and around my vehicle. I called Cpd, they said Home depot has got to call them. I talked to management and they said Securities job to escort them to the sidewalk, which is less than 5' from the parking lot. I talked to security, as he watched a group of 6 "workers" stand in front of my car. Only when he approached did they step back onto the "Sidewalk" area. This Home Depot is not a Good place to shop if you want people looking into your vehicle for things they can steal. I dont want to shop Thinking some idiot may break my window, cause I just occupied their standing spot with a customers vehicle. Concord Home Depot Clearly does NOT care about its customers or the safety of their vehicles while you shop there. This is a disaster waiting to happen to someones vehicle!

My go to when I need building or plumbing supplies. I usually only need to make one trip as they have everything I need. Clean & well organized!! And the people are super friendly.

The store is always very clean and it's very easy to find required items. Also, if any questions the staff is very keen to help us.

Honestly, the assistance and customer service is what makes the rating a make it or break it deal, hence the 3-star rating. At times, I get such amazing assistance in finding my products. At other times, I encounter incredibly rude and unhelpful associates. One man (Asian-possibly Filipino, medium built, middle-aged man with glasses) basically told me to find the items myself. Felt so hurt and disappointed, and discouraged from asking for help again. Eventually, got courage to ask other employees and they definitely helped me every step of the way. There are so many great employees there, but also the worst ones. Honestly, I don't want to keep coming here because I only experience this at this Home Depot, compared to other hardware stores.

Check the prices charged at the cashier stands with what the shelf price states! Found a $16.53 error on a single item, and they were trying to blame me for it! CA law clearly states, shelf prices must be charged to the customer! or a $1,000 fine to H.D. for each and every occurrence!

Cashiers are very helpful. Got help today from Jesse. Excellent!

Great Customer Service

Store is very nice and clean. Most employees are helpful but sometimes it’s hard to get their attention which is understandable because I can see that the store gets busy sometimes. When you’re checking out, make sure you go to the cashier Jesse. He was very helpful in answering any questions to the best of his ability and was fast! No other cashiers are like him and I come here pretty often.

I just finished doing the survey because I was so impressed with the cashier up front. Her name was Sarah. I think it's amazing that these people stay in a good mood, and still work very hard when they're forced to wear these masks over their faces all day. This is inhumane. I wouldn't do this to an animal. But Sarah was so nice and professional she made me feel like I mattered. I think you should give her a raise and consider her for management positions. She's a professional cut from the old cloth. Look for her to fill leadership positions in the future. This is a great store. Don't hesitate.

Returned items and when reviewing receipt after returning home found two items hadn't been scanned by the returns cashier. I trust people to do their jobs properly, plus the receipts make it difficult to tell what the items are so I have to wait until I'm home to check online. It's only about $12 but I don't think they would like me being so careless if I use the self-checkout. Suggest you watch the cashier carefully when returning items.

I'm writing in regards to the garden department. I checked online for availability of plants and even though the website says it's not available at the store - must be ordered,etc. I found some plants on the floor in the garden department. So check the warehouse if you want the plant right away as the website is not always accurate. Some employees are more knowledgable than others about plants (expectedly so) so better to do your homework if you're expecting someone to give you the 411 on any plants. It's the luck of the draw if you get someone who knows plants well. Some plants also look like they needed some TLC while others look fantastic. Again - they have a lot of plants to maintain so I guess that is to be expected. A major benefit of buying plants from Home Depot is their 1 year guarantee - they have a banner that says if it dies within a year - bring in the plant (I think) and the receipt and you'll get a refund. Not sure if this applies only to specific plants and you must submit your receipt.

Have been shopping at the store for over 20 years. Have bought multiple appliances from the store, tools, material for construction and remodeling the house.

Helpful staff, great curbside pickup (they hold onto your stuff for a long time), and not much of a wait to check out. I did not necessarily find the products that were needed, such as steer manure, because it was out of stock everywhere. Also, they did not have the Ryobi RST22 table saw that I wanted. But overall, I give a positive review.

Customer service her is absolutely horrible. Nobody will help you. They just don't care.

Manuel the cashier is EXCEPTIONALLY friendly. He made my check out process fast, easy, and simple. I had a cart full of items and he got through it all very well. I also was looking around for a grinder blade and another worker noticed and took me straight to them. The garden center is also very well maintained!
