Shaun the Store Manager located at 2090 Meridian Pk Blvd Concord Ca He’s very rude, condescending, and doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. He’s been at this location 7 months and reflects in his demeanor. Please provide Shaun with additional coaching.

The returns and check outs are faster with new store remodel. Staff is always helpful. Sometimes tough to find parking on weekends in main lot.

Helpful cashier also is my top go to store right now

We are remodeling our kitchen and spoke to Susan Moss at the Concord, CA location. During our first visit, Susan explained all our options for cabinets, prices, discounts and colors. She gave us a full 3D design of the project as well as a breakdown of prices. She suggested crown moldings, trim, and finishing touches. She had answers for all our questions and let us know of discounts that were available to us. At our second and last appointment, we went over all the details and finalized the deal. Throughout the process, Susan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional and friendly. It was a pleasure

Friendly store in general

Every time I go to this store, the overhead speakers are constantly ringing. They probably have their phones programmed to ring over the store's paging speakers but the people who work in this store don't answer the phones and the ringing goes on and on. I only go to this store when i am.in a hurry. The Martinez Home Depot is a much nicer store

It is very frustrated to try to find employees who are working in this store for helps to find products. They makes me feel uncomfortable and stupid to asking questions about the products. They are always seems so busy and no time for customers to asking questions or suggestions about the products. The store has no signs to show what products in the aisle. No fun to go to this store.

Cartridge store appliances sales associate SB70GA was awesome. He listen to the questions he answered them with the knowledge he had which was extremely in-depth I appreciate it very much I’ll be back to the store for sure

Found a person quickly to get help in the paint department. The cashier, Rebecca, stood out as someone who knew her job. She gave eye contact, had a professional demeanor, pleasant personality, and completed the transaction efficiently. As much as I enjoyed getting in and out with ease, Rebecca stood out as someone who could be in management.

Consistently understaffed. Very slow check out. Many employees not knowledgeable and/or uncaring.

Your store workers are a bit better than Martinez's, but you need more people in the garden to get things down, lift into carts, find things, wayfinding etc. You need more employees who work hard throughout the store. Lots of people being hired out of ghettos who just dodge work and sit in corners on cell phones texting. But the Martinez store is way worse. I also like you don't shoo the potential day workers out of the parking lot.

It took us about an hour to do something that should have taken less than 5 minutes.

They have a huge selection of products, and have a friendly staff.

I am a 5 ft tall woman. Today at 1 pm I was at this store in the moving area. There were three employees chatting, an older woman, an older man and a young woman. From their conversation I think at least the woman was officially a gardening area employee. They stood next to me while a placed 100 boxes on two separate carts. 100 boxes. Literally. They did not greet me. They did not help me. They did not make eye contact with me. And then when I checked out, no one offered to help me to my car. I HAD 100 BOXES! I am a small woman who had no help. This is one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. I have purchased dryers and washing machines from Home Depot. Today alone I bought a $2000 fridge. But after this experience, I will NEVER USE A HOME DEPOT AGAIN.

I had not been to this store in awhile. I had known it to be very busy and a little chaotic. So i was surprised to see it was in great order, isles were clear, i swear i saw at least 1 employee on every isle i looked down and then the cashiers were very efficient at check out, making my wait in line minimal

I shop around. Prices are good for most items compared to others. Sharon in kitchens is VERY helpful and knowledgeable.

I had the opportunity to work with Billy in the lumber department. Billy took the time to show me different products to fit my needs and interests. He then personally cut each of the items that I was purchasing to my specifications. It was wonderful to interact with someone who was so knowledgeable about the products that he was selling as well as so diligent and dedicated to making sure that my shopping experience was wonderful.

I thought the customer service was great. The only thing I mentioned in the survey was that it takes a long time for the right sales person to show up.

Customer Service is a priority here. Been coming here for years!

Just had an excellent experience at this store - all the staff were helpful, and one staff member even stepped up to ensure I had everything I needed.

My cashier Merlita was a genuinely friendly and efficient lady who suggested that I apply for the new Home Depot card with the chip. She voided my original receipt so that I could apply resulting in a diiscount on my purchase. Her attention to my need was from the heart. She went the extra mile for me which made my purchase more satisfying. On a scale of 1-5, Merlita gets a 5. Thank you for your excellent service.
