My cousin who lives in Pittsburg and also my handyman. Every time I order online and if it’s not in Hayward Store pick up my next step is to look in Concord. Or sometimes he just shop on his own and just call me for my credit card number and so on. All I can say is, I don’t get any kind of problem every time. 5 star always.

Staff very helpful and professional..Merlita was very helpful on getting me a new line for Home Depo card , and plus fot me a $ 50 discount on my bill. GO SEE MERLITA se was great ..

Overall experience is a top notch, especially cashier Merlita makes the experience into a different level.

Horrible customer service from the manager on duty Shamigua!

We waited 45 minutes for wood that we did not end up getting, because it was taking to long. We talked to 4 different people in the department and every single one brushed us off.

Don't you just love the smell of wood, the friendly faces of Home Depot employees and the excitement of do-it-yourselfers bustling around the store!? As a thirty year patron, I love going into the Concord store for all of the goodies that I need-even soap! With a clean, organized store and lots of stock on hand, I seldom, if ever, leave without what I need or want! Why, they'll even custom order something that you might require!! During this pandemic, the employees were so helpful and courteous. From masks to shields at the check stands, they are doing their best to keep us busy, while we stay-at-home!! Thanks Home Depot!!

Employee in wood department was fantastic.....Cashier, MICHELLE, was very slow and RUDE.....

Cashier, MICHELLE, was very RUDE and should not be in direct contact with the general public. The Employee that helped out in the wood dept was very helpful and courteous.

The only reason I will go back is because of Taylor she is the what every employee should try to be at Home Depot

Always has what I need. Usually can find employee to put me in the right direction so I can find what I need. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is Virus related. The store has implemented a single entrance, and customers are lining up in spaced distances. However, customers without masks were still admitted into the store. I think it would be prudent if masks were required for entry.

I've been to the Martinez and Fairfield stores recently, and Lowes, and keep coming back to this store for its selection, prices, and great staff.

This store had it together! Even though I had to wait for 30 minutes to get in because of the Coronavirus, the employees were very friendly and kept the line informed about what was going on. The staff were helpful and knew where my items were. The checkout cashier was a ray of sunshine and made my shopping experience great!!

Great customer service in store but parking lot is horrible

Good selection. Overall staff is very helpful in answering questions- both about location of merchandise and project questions. They have even been able to interpret MY name for something and direct me to the product... construction has a whole different vocabulary than my day to day vocabulary.

Great store. Super popular which means that parking is an issue. Other than that - I'm pleasantly surprised.

Braxton, William and Brett are all bright young guys and EXCELLENT at customer service. For a moment I thought Brett and William were the managers since they knew what they were doing. They really helped correct a situation that their manager exasperated that should not have been difficult to fix in the first place. I just wanted the windows I paid for and finally got them at Martinez HP with Brett and William's help. Their manager Nate needs retraining. Not great when the associates outshine their leader.

Garden associates were very knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful.

This Home Depot store has always provided me with excellent, knowledgeable service - from looking up answers about appliance options to walking me to the area of the store where that quirky item can be found. The service is much more personal, and accurate, than in other big box stores.

Glad to know you have several military veteran employees!

Not good. Aisles are cluttered. Too many empty spaces on shelves where inventory should be stocked. This is a busy location, but there's no excuse for not keeping up with demand, otherwise customers will find other places to get the stuff they need. To make matters worse, they have so many carts loaded with merchandise waiting for pickup, you can't even maneuver your cart past to shop. My advice: shop another location, not Concord, until management gets serious about making this shopping experience worth your time.

Great store and inventory with friendly helpful staff, even when it’s extremely busy.

Waited 20+ mins for picking up item I purchased online. When asked if wait time was normal - associate #1 said yes but actually associate #2 spent 20 mins looking for it. Associate #2 came carrying the 100 lb boxed item on his shoulders which hit the garden door frame causing the item to fall from his shoulders to the ground. Rather than apologize and get a replacement item, associate #2 simply commented that all the items were rain soaked. Both Associate #1 and 2 suggested the item was not damaged and encouraged me to take the item as is despite likely damage. Upon inspection of the item at home - the item suffered from significant damage in multiple places. The two associates here were unprofessional and did not appear to care for the customer. I will not be coming back to this location.
