I feel more comfortable shopping at this store during the Pandemic. As soon as you come in the store, there is a table with sanitizing wipes and extra masks if needed. I love the idea of being able to wipe down my own cart, without having to look for sanitizer in my purse. During my last visit I had to ask 4 associates for assistance. Every one of them had such an upbeat attitude and completely helpful to get me what I needed. I have to say, I haven't had this type of positive shopping experience in forever! I will definitely return to this location in Countryside.

I work at this location and may I say the staff (my coworkers) are so friendly and always so positive and help me and other shoppers find what they need and get them in and out the store quick and efficient

My shopping experience has always been positive. This store location is always clean and the staff/associates are very helpful and friendly. I always get assistance when I need it and don't need to seek this assistance because the associates are great at approaching me and offering it, this makes shopping here the best compared to others stores. The associates are very informative too!

Outstanding customer service from this store. The employees tracked down the saw I wanted and had it sent when online customer service basically said they couldn't do anything.

Si & Dan in the door department were amazing. They are very knowledgeable and friendly but most of all, relatable. They definitely make you feel comfortable when ordering a door or window

Let me just say that if you have the luck of having Beth help you that you are in fantastic hands! Beth went above and beyond helping me gather materials for a bathroom renovation, including (all but) climbing into a shelving unit to get every last piece of penny tile the store had (I cleared the shelves), and upon learning that I would still need more tile called over to the next 2 closest stores to ask about their inventory and to ask that they pull the materials for me. Seriously, who does that? - Beth did that!

During Covid-19: extremely clean, plenty of hand sanitizer when entering the store, and friendly customer service!

I work in the dental field and needed to find parts to a unit. I was directed to Will. He was able to find the missing parts that I needed. He was very kind, very thorough, and took the time to find the missing parts. Every Home Depot needs a Will! I will be returning to this location because of his wonderful customer service!

Friendly staff, and knowledgeable

The mirror section was unorganized and I couldn’t find a thing. I located Selma in the kitchen section. Well, she searched how and low for this particular mirror that caught my interest. She discovered there were 3-4 boxes that was placed on the shelves. In these boxes were the mirrors which should’ve been removed from the boxes and placed in the appropriate area. Just plain lazy ! Selma took the time to open each box and we found my mirror. Most would’ve stated “we are out of stock “!

Really lack of customer service, careless employees and bad attitude. Not getting assistance, not friendly not helpful

Went there and asked and employee "Where are the light bulbs?," he replied "Huh?," I repeated the question and he said "I don't know I work outside." He did not even offer to help by looking for another employee who may know. I do not care what department you are in if you are in a Home Depot uniform you owe the customer at least an attempt to look or ask another employee.

This was an enjoyable experience, knowledgeable people you can talk with, courteous employees who are helpful. Everyone ready to assist & guide you in your endeavors. I utilize this store for many of the jobs I work on, be it remodeling, landscaping, repair projects..whatever it is,they have the materials, knowledgeable employees that can assist, Just whatever you need, it's there.

I purchased 20 sheets of Sheetrock and rented a truck. The rental and loading of the materials was made so easy by several employees. I was able to purchase load, go home and unload sheets in a hour. Even in these times of Covid my experience with Home Depot went very well.

Not enough staff long lines and staff was not friendly.

WAITED 15 MINUTES FOR A STORE EMPLOYEE TO COME AND HELP IN GARDEN, NO ONE CAME. MY SISTER AND I HAD TO BUY SOMETHING ENTIRELY DIFFERENT. WHAT I WANTED TO COMPLETE MY PROJECT WAS UP TO HIGH FOR US TO REACH. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THE STORE POLICY DURING THESE CHALLENGING TIMES BUT IT WAS POURING RAIN OUTSIDE AND THE GIRL AT THE ENTERANCE WAS RUDE, SO I GAVE IT RIGHT BACK. THEN I AM STANDING IN LINE TO DO MY RETURN AND THESE TWO MEN STUCK THEIR NOSES WHERE THEY DIDN'T BELONG. I SPOKE UP TO BOTH OF THEM AND GAVE BOTH OF THEM AN EARFUL. BET THEY WONT DO THAT AGAIN. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT HOME DEPOT AGAIN!!!! EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND THEN DO NOT LIKE IT WHEN YOU GIVE RUDENESS BACK.
