The folks in the flower and garden area were top notch and made suggestions about timing for grass over-seeding and what specifically should be done. I was surprised that he stopped as there were others in the area shopping, but one look at my cart told him I was too early for planting if I wanted to do it today. Wait two weeks for the ground to thaw a bit more, and for the temperature to go up to better numbers. He was GREAT

Te store is always a pleasure to shop in

Very obvious on todays visit, there has been recent discussion on customer assistance , and offering to assist. All the employees were very helpful, especially Sarah the cashier, she appeared to really care, and was very personable.

I love this store, everyone goes out of their way to help you and you can get great service 90% of the time. There is always that other 10% but it's a lot better than most locations. Hats off to Mayra, she is a cashier at this location and really goes out of her way to work hard and make us feel truly appreciated. Thank you

There are days I visit this store 4 and 5 times for the properties we own nearby. The majority of the team at this Home Depot are friendly and very helpful. Al and Pancho in Plumbing are always very helpful. "The Other Mike" in Electric is always helpful and fun as well. Thomas in Kitchen Design is great and full of great advice and ideas! ASM Matt can be counted on to resolve any issues in a quick and friendly manner. Patrick the Store Mgr. is also very helpful if necessary. Will in Tools is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure great customer service! Jocelynn the cashier up front will always brighten your day with her cheerful, friendly, witty banter and demeanor.

Love this store all associates are so nice and helpful, despite how busy they are , they stop and answer your questions I will continue shopping here.

The garden center has too many of the same plants and not nearly enough variety. It would be nice to have more choices for DIY landscaping.

HOME DEPOT IN COUNTRYSIDE IS MY GO-TO PLACE WHEN IT COMES TO CONSISTENTLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF WHO CAN ASSIST IN SOLVING HOME REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE ISSUES, AS WELL AS PROVIDING VAST PRODUCT SELECTION.

The staff here is very kind and determined to help. The store always has what we're looking for and is clean. I've never been disappointed in a visit to this location.

This location is GREAT. Bob in in the tool rental is amazingly friendly and willing to help out whenever he can. Everyone is always nice and willing to help. Unlike other locations like Bedford park where, Assistant managers don't know what they are doing and everyone moves super slow. Here everyone wants to help and give you a great shopping experience.

Smaller thank some other HD stores but it is well kept

When looking for products - just ask the staff - it seems all of them know the layout of this store ( so no wasting time looking!) Staff very attentive and informative, and if one cannot answer your question they will find another associate who can. The store is very clean and very well stocked. Countryside = A+
