With the spring/summer gardening season fast approaching I am hopeful that the Countryside Home Depot will hire a nursery that can supply a better variety of flowers/plants than in the past. Every year the same old options -- marigolds/geranium/impatiens are the only things available. BORING.

This store is always clean, well stocked, and full of knowledgeable staff. I have never had a problem here.

I needed help in a department that did not have a store employee available. I asked a clerk if he could help me. He told me that he would alert someone and have them come and help me. The clerk showed up in less than 5 minutes, answered all my questions and helped me make my purchase. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and never gave an indication that I was interrupting him from his other duties.

Pleasant experience shopping in this store every time. Very knowledgeable employees willing to help every step off the way. The only thing I don't like and disagree with is having less and less life cashiers available.

The employees are always friendly and ready to help. I needed a bit of help at the checkout with a coupon and the employee was right there with a quick solution.

The leadership at this store is simply amazing; they understand issues quickly and work efficiently to help solve them. I would go to this store under any experiences as long as Stan (Store Manager) is there. Stan took care of me before i got there to the very end and helped load my things into my car. What an amazing experience.

It was a pleasure shopping for the items I expected to purchase, then spending a few extra minutes browsing the aisles for a few more items, I considered purchasing upon my next visit to Home Depot.

We like to take our granddaughter in for the once-a-month kids project and I can't say enough about a couple of the Associates in the countryside store. Mandy and Beth really make it a great experience we always leave smiling. The Associates in the electrical and plumbing and other departments are a wealth of knowledge if you got a problem or question just ask.

Everyone at your store was professional, friendly,and knowledgeable in their specific areas. They made our shopping experiences a pleasure to find the correct appliances for our new kitchen. The store was clean and neat in each dept. Thank you to all and Merry Christmas.

I was subjected to a classic "bait and switch" from the Ryobi display. They advertise and picture a 18v battery "was $49.97 now $24.00" so I picked the only battery on the display matching the offer and was told "sorry, we don't have this battery". No other local stores have it either. You are stuck with the $49.97 price, take it or leave it. Since I needed the battery to finish my project I took it. I asked the manager "Maddie" what about the advertised price? I asked her is it not their job to take down the advertised price after the product sold out? She was rude to me and told me take it or leave it!! I was told she could have accommodated the advertised price at her personal discretion, but she discriminated against me. I wont be going back there anymore. I will buy on line like everyone else is doing.

nice shopping experience

I was looking to purchase vinyl flooring planks. I was amazed at the assortment and price range available. The store was clean and Karen, the associate working the flooring area, was knowledgeable and provided all the time I needed, to answer my questions, to pick a style, and a price that suited my needs. She completed the purchase quickly in the flooring department.

What a great store, always clean, always friendly, always helpful. Thank you for making shopping enjoyable again!

Great store and wonderful people to help you. They patiently explain everything to you and show you all the options. I was lucky to have the help of a retired gentleman, a wonderful person. Very polite and pleasant, and a gentleman.

This is one of the better stores. Staff is great my only problem is with the structure of the paint department, more corporate’s problem than the employees. Countryside is a great Home Depot overall..
