This is a great store. Excellent and friendly service. It is always neat and tidy - everything is in its place. It is seldom I do not find the needed item at a fair price. Do not know how they do it but every staff member ever encountered for over 10 years has been friendly and helpful. They will always offer assistance for loading my truck without the slightest hesitation.

The manager the took care of us July 20th, around 9am was absolutely wonderful. Gave us a great deal on a lawnmower...We always go there. Store and parking lot was clean.

The staff are very willing to help customers. One employee in particular is a man named Ernie. So very helpful with product selection as I was finishing my basement. I spent about $25k+ at this store. I could depend on him to help me and would seek him out when in the store.

The best asset of this store are its people - very friendly, very helpful, they know what they have in their store, easy to speak with. They do go out of their way to be helpful. And they serve with smile.

We are remodeling our kitchen.....It seems like we are in Home Depot every weekend. The workers are helpful and know what they are talking about when it has to do with products you carry there. Someone is always around the corner in case you do need help.. There are other box stores closer...but we choose to go here...

This is the only Home Depot I go to even though there is another location closer to my home. The employees are friendly and helpful and the store is always clean.

Coventry Home Depot always has friendly workers and ample supply of product.

Guy in garden shop -- manager I think -- was driving a forklift w fertilizer. Stopped what he was doing, asked if he could help me, suggested a fertilizer more suited for my needs and was sure I understood how to apply it. He showed that he really cared about the advice he was giving.

Always available associates to help the customers.

I shop at my local store frequently for things around the house or garden. The employees there are friendly and helpful. The rating above is not for them. I would never recommend anyone to buy the Anderson windows from home depot and have them install them. Too many issues- starting from the salesperson that came out and giving multiple prices to the wrong product being sent. I see that I am not alone- if you search about home depot and window installation you will see many, many others that are not satisfied.

Best Home Depot employees I have ever encountered.

The employees always go out of their way to ask if you need help. Checkouts are quick and the service is always good at this location.

Excellent Staff! People in the aisles to help with questions, as well as item locations.

The main reason i like this store so much is the Rental area. They have any tool that is not worth buying and the prices are great. I rented most of the floor sanders, and drywall sanders there, and they worked well. Down the line there will be other tools like the aluminum break that i will rent from there. The workers were extremely helpful as well.
