People are very good and helpful!

The employees at this store are so friendly and helpful. They always greet you when you walk in, will take the time to help you and always have suggestions for what ever project you may have to tackle. I won't go to any other home improvement store in my area because they just can't compete with the staff here!!

We love this Home Depot! The associates are knowledgeable and were so helpful during our home renovation (we were there a lot). Additionally, we find this store to be a very welcoming place that values diversity, something that is very important to us.

No happy with the Veterns discount policy. I was deny discount even with proof of Serivce.

We call Home Depot Coventry our Store. The people are very friendly - and that makes a lot of difference. No problem searching for something - someone is ready to help. No problem with returning or exchanging - this is made easy for you. Today we had to return/exchange something, Susan the cashier and her supervisor Sarah, understood our issues with the products, and made the exchange process very easy. But what made the experience exceptional is the fact that these two ladies are very friendly and cheerful. One stire mnager we would like to commend hete is Bryant Coupe, the friendliest, most helpful individual we came to know. He dies not mind helping even carrying bag of cements, cutting wood, mixing paints - and he does these with smile. He knows what products/inventory they have in the store (and where exactly in the store to find them). The next time you visit HD Coventry, look for Bryant.

Steve, our cashier in the garden department, was extremely nice and helpful! We were looking for a picnic table that the store had sold out of and he went online and liked it up, called another store and had them hold one for us. We didn't ask him to do any of those things he offered, which I thought was above and beyond what many would do. Thank you, Steve!

I had amazing service from Hanna who has been helping me with a do it yourself deck refinishing. She has been the most amazing help. I dont normally do surveys but she is worth the extra effort to be recognized for her efforts. I will continue shopping and renting tools from this location.

I bought a home in Coventry in 2010, (a very adventagious venture for a single women), the home required full renovation. I supplied all materials for the project, which 95% of all the products pruchased for the project were at the Coventry location. Many employees new me by my first name. In 7 years, I don't think I ever had a bad experience.

Store Associate Nick provided excellent customer service. Thank you for helping me find everything I needed in the lighting department!!

I HAVE NOTICED AN INCREASED ENERGY IN THIS STORE, THE ASSOCIATES SEEM TO BE MORE APPROACHABLE AS WELL AS MORE APT TO APPROACH ME. NOT THAT IT MATERS IN ANY WAY BUT I AM A PERSON CONFINED TO A WHEELCHAIR AND I HAVE NOTICED A BIG CHANGE IN THIS AREA, AND I LIKE IT..

the Coventry store is centrally located. has everything, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good garden section and rental equipment.

I have a few choices in home improvement stores. They're all within the same driving distance. So my rating is based on how well the store is stocked with product I want and need. I've had amazing interactions with the manager, an associate in the paint department (actually two different people...both awesome and fun), and also an associate in the lighting section. My only concern was with a cashier. Not sure if she was having a bad day or just plain miserable. I avoid her when I see her. Other than that. Love this store!

Thank you for allowing dogs into my local store! The store manager is very Dog friendly which allows me to bring my 4legged family member into the store while I shop! Thank you!

Excellent customer service at this store. Since I live nearby I am there often and its always a pleasant experience. They always have what I need and even offer to help me put it in my truck if its too heavy/large. Nice people that make me want to go back when I have other options.

The cashier Ashley was a joy to deal with she had a very positive personality and was very interactive.Most people just act like robots and couldn't care less that you come to where they work,almost like your doing them a favor by showing up.
